I stayed here with my wife for 7 nights. Great hotel. Very clean. Staff are amazing. Breakfast included was good. Quiet area. Beds in room were great and pool with room was nice. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Massages at hotel were great too!!!

The view was Incredible, all of the staff were lovely and very helpful, we went to the Spa a number of times as it was the best massage we have both ever experienced. The meals were incredible in the restaurant and the experiences booked from the tour guide on site were all perfect. I couldn't rate this stay higher and we will definitely return to this resort on our next vacation Thank you for such a perfect holiday

Hôtel tout en pente mais un système de buggy réservable sur l’appli de l’hôtel permet de le commander pour se rendre aux différents points de l’hôtel. Pas de plage, toute petite piscine public car chacun a sa piscine privée mais qui n’est pas au soleil. Excellent PDJ. À 20mn en voiture de Phuket Town. Dommage que le bar situé au sommet de l’hôtel avec vue sur la mer ferme tôt. Nous n’avons pas pu en profiter.

This hotel was perfect ! Everything from the breakfast buffet , to the dinners. Everybody on the staff was so kind and helpful . My bikini dropped into the trees while on our deck when I put it out to dry. I could not find it and called the front desk. They actually sent someone up and within 10 minutes there was a knock on our door . They found it!! I was so grateful ! The area around the hotel is rather quiet, and not much to do, but with all the excursions we went on every day, we were happy just chilling out in our room with our beautiful plunge pool. A wonderful stay it was!! Thank you again! 😘

The room they put me in had electrical issues where the breaker would regularly flip, causing all of the light in my room to go out and then would reset ~5 minutes later. This would abruptly turn all of the lights on at inconvenient times, like when I was trying to sleep. I notified the front desk and they had it fixed inside of an afternoon. One thing that put me off was finding hundreds of ants in portions of the buffet food at breakfast time, though this only happened once in the time I was there. Bedding seemed uncomfortable.

The villa was beautiful and the pool and rooms kept immaculate. Our special thanks go to: Jib- housekeeping Elle - reception Max- buggies and all the pool boys and grounds staff who work tirelessly. The views from the top restaurant are spectacular and breakfast at Sai is fabulous with so much fresh food to suit all tasts and for those arriving from different time zones. If I had to make one observation, it would be the menu is too big and tries to be all things to all people, sometimes resulting in meals being a little hit and miss. I feel a smaller menu with some simple dishes or snacks concentrating on the most local fresh produce would be a better option personally.

Sinae Phuket is an experience that everyone should have once in a life time, or every year if possible. Right from welcome to the check-out, staff is consistently courteous, friendly and offer a helping hand wherever possible. Food is amazing, especially Masaman Curry, and the Spa is a dream come true. The views are stunning and it’s only a 20 minutes drive to Old Town. We highly recommend this place.

Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.

The hotel and staff were simply amazing, facilities wonderful, room was beautiful with private pool just incredible. Food delicious but overall it was the team that made the difference, just so kind and caring

Sinae Phuket is an experience that everyone should have once in a life time, or every year if possible. Right from welcome to the check-out, staff is consistently courteous, friendly and offer a helping hand wherever possible. Food is amazing, especially Masaman Curry, and the Spa is a dream come true. The views are stunning and it’s only a 20 minutes drive to Old Town. We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful room, spa, dining areas. Totally worth the splurge. Pros: Comfortable room Large shower, good water pressure and heat Clean Great breakfast Very friendly and helpful staff Loy Krathong celebration was wonderful! Useful app for communicating with staff, ordering buggy service, etc. Cons: Thai food at Hilltop was not good. You’ll have to take a cab to see much of anything outside the resort. If you have accessibility needs, this might not be the hotel for you. It’s built into a slope, and although there are buggies, they don’t go to your door necessarily and don’t run in the rain. We had a rat in our ceiling, but they did find it and clean up quickly. They offered to move us and gave us a fruit bowl as apology.
