Merupakan pengalaman yang luar biasa ketika menginap di Sofitel Bangkok sambil menjelajahi daerah Sukhumvit yang terkenal di Bangkok. Dengan layanan khas Perancis mereka, saya suka ketika mereka menyajikan teh camomile di kamar saya sehingga saya bisa tidur nyenyak di malam hari dan juga mandi busa gratis untuk spa di kamar saya setelah hari yang melelahkan menjelajahi Bangkok. Selain itu, mereka juga menyajikan croissant yang lezat dan berbagai jus segar selama sarapan.

Hotel yang sangat bagus, kamar yang mengesankan, banyak pilihan sarapan, staf yang ramah dan lokasi utama. Tinggal selama 5 malam dan menerima kejutan yang menyenangkan dari pembantu rumah tangga pada hari terakhir karena selama perjalanan saya juga membantu putri saya untuk belajar. Pengurus rumah tangga pasti melihat latihan sekolah. Sentuhan pribadi yang sangat berarti.

I stayed 7 nights Club Millesime. The housekeeping made sure the room was clean and fresh daily. The atmosphere in the Club Millesime was relaxed, which made you enjoy the calm, and good quality breakfast. Gift, Henry and Tide at the Club Millesime made the stay feel like home away from home with their genuine service, thoughtfulness and considerations.

Love this hotel ! Best breakfast at reasonable price and staff wonderful. My only complaint is that the pool was closed for repairs. I truly feel that this should have been noted up front when I was making my reservation as I would have stayed at the Hyatt instead as it was very hot.

2度目の滞在。 スクンビット駅からすぐの賑やかな通りに面しているけれど、ホテル内は驚くほどのラグジュアリー感溢れる静かな空間で、今回も大満足でした。 チェックイン時刻より早く到着してしまったにも関わらず、快く対応していただき感謝です。 朝食は品数も多く、またオーダー式のフラッシュジュースがとても嬉しい。また伺いたいと思います。

Clean room. Some of the bathroom fittings were a little tired, but still very clean and functional. The staff were amazing and the service was amazing. The bars were great, especially the rooftop bar offering a great view of Bangkok.

ソフィテルに25泊以上宿泊しているが、大好きなプールが工事中で使えなかったのが残念。 別ホテルのプールへの案内があり、そこを利用したが交通の便が悪く、また現金かクレジットカードを持参しないと飲み物を注文することさえできなかった。 ソフィテルからそのプールに行く際に現金かカードを持って行ってくださいとの説明があっても良かったのではと思う。 クラブミレジュウムの料理は以前より格段充実した料理になっていたが、朝の混雑時の料理の出るスピードがあまりにも遅すぎるのが残念。 以前はクラブミレジュウムで和食もあったが今はなく、個人的に大好きなスイカジュースも飲めたのだが今は無いとのこと。 下の朝食会場には有るのだから対応して欲しかっった。 全て効率を考えてのこととは理解できるが少し残念な気持ちになった。

The Sofitel Sukhumvit is a wonderful place to stay. All the staff are very kind, helpful and professional. Kevin, who works at the front door goes out of his way to help people and he's always got a jovial attitude. I've stayed here 3 times in 6 weeks! Food is of high quality and the rooms are very comfortable. The only issue on this visit was the pool closure until June. I was surprised there was no compensation.
