The Ecotel Bangkok

Kesan saya bersama keluarga menginap di Ecotel Bangkok sangat puas, jauh diatas perkiraan saya. Petugasnya ramah, sangat koperatif dan dengan sabar mau menjelaskan setiap pertanyaan yang kami ajukan. Bahkan mereka memberikan peta sederhana untuk menuju berbagai mall yang letaknya cukup dekat dengan hotel seperti Platinum, Panthip Plaza, Amarin Plaza yang ternyata terus nyambung ke Gaysom,Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Center dan Siam Discovery. Sungguh menyenangkan menginap di Ecotel Bangkok ini. Liburan yang akan datang kami sekeluarga akan kembali ke Ecotel Bangkok. Anak anak saya sangat menyukai street food maupun buah buahan yang banyak dijumpai disekitar hotel. Sungguh pengalaman yang tak terlupakan. Fasilitas kamar pun cukup baik, AC dingin, ada air hangat, Hair Dryer dan kulkas.

percuma jangan memilih tempat tidur 3 bed, waktu pesan masih tersedia, sampai disana tidak ada,lokasi lumayan dkt dng pertokoan,

Sebelum ini sy sdh 2x nginap di ecotel. Hanya saat nginap yg ke3, knp sy diminta beri deposit THB2.000? Tidak seperti nginap yg 1 dan 2 tidak ada minta deposit. Apakah krn saat sy chek in, sy "agak ribut" sama recepsionis krn yg sy minta kmr 3 bed, tetapi diberikan kmr 2 bed. Jadi nginap yg ke3 ini membuat saya kecewa....

The hospitality factor should actually be given importance to and the breakfast food quality certainly needs to be improved

Very professional and fair dealings, excellent breakfast, very clean and well maintained. They should have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Location is a bit tricky.

What i like with the hotel,is just a walking distance to the mall and the area, where you can buy at the cheapest price. It is also near the DMK airport.

インド人宿泊客の割合がとても多い。夜中に部屋でインドの音楽を大音量で聴いたりする人がおり、とても迷惑である。誰かの部屋と間違えて、私の部屋のドアをノックするインド人も数人いた。 　ちなみに、朝食のビュッフェは、インドが好みそうなものばかり。カレーばかり。

I wont recommend this hotel Indians hotel Hotel looks is far from picture.

部屋は綺麗で値段も手頃で良かったです。ホテル周辺は騒がしくないですが、あまり良いお店がなく微妙でした。

Room clean..check in fast...just this hotel is families India ppl stay...

Overall value for money

Good Hotel and Good Location. Just near to market area and indian restaurant also.

The room don"t have comb, toothbrush, bath gel. Also the bedsheet was dirty. The floor was tiles. Wifi was very,very bad. Breadfast cold even at 6.30am. Not worth the money. Will not stay again.

This hotel is not even worth 2 stars (maybe 10 years ago). I felt that we got deceived by the fake photos posted online cause the interior and exterior were not as it shows on the photos online. The first night we got there, the staff approached us with an unwilling attitude without a smile on his face. The receptionist didn't answer our questions correctly, and worst of all did not even give us our breakfast ticket until we asked the next day. They did not even tell us the WIFI password. The WIFI also only works intermittently. When we got to the room, we were even more disappointed. They did not provide shower cream, tooth brush and tooth paste, and asked us to get ourselves with a horrible attitude. The next day when we go for breakfast, they did not let us in because we didn't have the breakfast ticket which they should have given us on the first day when we check-in. We asked whether we can go in by showing our room key but the old lady receptionist refused to let us into the dining hall. We ran to the lobby reception to get our tickets. We saw the old lady receptionist give others who just showed her the room key access to the dining hall. We felt that this was ridiculous and an extremely unfair treatment. We also asked the lobby receptionist for direction to certain places and railways, but they gave very confusing and incorrect direction. The day before we left, we also saw tiny bug crawling on the bed sheet. Overall, a horrible hotel and bad experience.

The condition is bad as the place look run down and the service of the hotel staff is also very bad.

The hotel location is close to eateries and few minutes walk to Pratunam Night Market, Room is clean but no tea making facilities even the electric jug is provided. Breakfast is just ok with less choices of pastries. The Deluxe room at the corner of the floor is very spacious with seating and coffee table

I booked our Hotel with expedia.ca but one of the staff in the customer service said he do not know about our booking very disppointing.
