Upon arrival, the check-in process was really easy and the front desk staff were very personable, even upgraded our room for us at no extra charge. However, when we got up to our room, we walked in, and the bed was not turned over, there were dirty towels in the bathroom, and there was still trash from the last guests that hadn’t been taken care of. We called the front desk and they sent up housekeeping immediately. later that evening, our toilet clogged, the location of this hotel is ideal, but the quality of service was poor and for spending. $400+ for one night we expected the service to be better than what we experienced.

Overall nice weather our room had an ocean view, but was quite small . I think the even numbers are smaller than the odd numbers.
The staff was helpful, especially Gerry at service desk . Nice rooftop bar with a view to people watch or look at the ocean.. the restaurant menu was not large, but was more than adequate

I reserved Oceanfront room as this was me and my partner's birthday weekend away. We show up at the hotel at 1:30 pm and when i went to check in he said i was getting VIP ocean front. When I went to my room when we could check in which they didn't allow us till 3:00 p.m. the room had no balcony. When I went back to management they said Unfortunately they had no other room available with a balcony. The only reason I rent from this property is for the balcony. They gave us a room that is the only one that doesn't have a balcony out of the whole property. I was at the property early enough that they could have accommodated me a room with a balcony.. This really put a damper on my trip as we go in the balcony to enjoy the ocean and activities outside. This is my second year here and we also watch the fireworks which we had to watch through our windows which were also not clean. The room was nice, but I would have never taken this room without a balcony. The agent who checked me in also said i should never use a third party like Expedia and only theough them. Which i stated I did as I was able to get discounts they do not give. If your listing property be sure you put balacony with oceanfront to ensure consimer gets what they wanted.

It was awesome to be across the street from the beach. Facility was nice. The additional mandatory fees were not appreciated. Having to pay extra for services we did not use like the bicycles or heated pool towels, as well as paying for parking on top of the cost for the room was unacceptable.

The location is where it’s at! Everything is right out the front door. I loved that there were 3 restaurants on site as well. The picture is the view from our room on the 3rd floor.

I was there for two days 7/4-7/6 upon check in I can’t remember his name but he was so nice, funny n great way to receive guests. My room was beautiful but my pull out couch had no sheets and upon asking for them it took them over two hours to bring them. Another issue our room wasn’t cleaned and when we left in the morning we asked for them to clean it n bring new towels n received nothing. We asked again upon coming back from our outing there n received nothing. We had to grab towels from the pool area for our last night n they were awful. Next door was a dog that was barking all night, I know they allowed pets but when I’m there to relax n rest at night that noise was unnecessary for me n my kids to deal with.. I expected more from this hotel being so highly priced but even the pool was filled with pieces of paint pieces that were never cleaned out. Food was everywhere in that pool area that was never cleaned and I read no food or drinks were allowed there. I’m glad I stayed there to see what all the hype was about but never again.. I even paid for late checkout on 7/6/2025 but the day before I asked to remove that cuz I did not want to stay past checkout and they refunded my money for the late checkout.. Don’t believe the hype about this place!!!

overall the stay was good for my family and I. The only complaint I have is when I pull out the sofa bed when I I was getting my daughter for bed. The bed had a very big stain on it.
