Great location in Key West! 15 minutes to all the action on Duval Street. Rooms were spacious but some repairs needed. Great pool and great options for boat tours.

Best place to stay in Key west, perfect location to access the whole island

We only stayed 2 nights and went to downtown Key West. The room was very clean but extremely small. It was a king bed with a bathroom. We did appreciate the large TV, mini fridge, and the shower/tub was very nice. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included was like from a salon. The pool area and bar was very nice! The food at the restaurant was very good. The small beach area was very pretty, although I wouldn't swim there. We played cornhole then watched a beautiful sunset from the beach area. I would definitely come back, but get a suite next time!

Fantastic stay

Great stay in Key West Really enjoyed our stay here. The shuttle made getting around easy, and the pool area was nice with a bar right there — good food and drinks without having to go far. They offer a sunset cruise and a nighttime kayak experience, which I didn’t get to try this time, but definitely will next time. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and simple. Would happily stay here again.

This is the best place that I’ve stayed in Key West! When I come back, this will be where I stay. The only issue we had was the AC wasn’t working properly. I informed the staff and they had maintenance there immediately… Even when it was late at night. I was impressed with that. The building numbers can get confusing and finding our room was hard but once we did, everything else is great. I highly recommend.

What a beautiful hotel and stay, rooms were just overly clean and big. It was like staying in an apartment in the suites. We loved our stay. People complain about the beach, but it's Key West.. The sunsets on the beach were as good as the sunset at Fort Zach Taylor. There was 2 MAJOR issues. 1.) how a nice hotel has a broken elevator that makes guests walk all the way around so that it took an act of Congress to get anywhere is amazing to me. For the price, a working elevator should be an easy fix. Not worth the price of the rooms for all of that. Makes staying there almost painful. 2.) You can go almost anywhere in Key West and have a better meal for waayy less money. The prices are so outrageous you would think your food was made withgold and love. It wasn't.. 3 times the cost of almost any other place we ate at in Key West. 3.) tiki bar closes at 7?? In Key West?? And they don't even serve food even though their site says so. No poolside service, and for the price we paid we were dumbfounded. Outside of the rooms it didn't feel like a resort for the price.. 4.) Staff didn't explain anything. Almost like they rushed through everything. One guy was really nice (I didn't get his name) so they weren't all bad, but one guy told me when I asked for a cart that, "not sure what to tell ya". How about offer to carry the bags? Or find one. Don't just sit there . The rooms make the 'resort' the washer and dryer were amazing, such beautiful rooms.

Overall it was a very nice but the shower curtain was not wide enough and slid into the center, the shower drain was not attached, and breakfast was prepackaged, inadequate, and cost extra.

Great places to shop and eat in town only about 5 minutes away. The on site bar and restaurant were great as well! Rooms are beautiful, clean and comfy (and I’m picky about bed comfort). The pool looked great too!

I had a standard king size room. I did wish I would’ve had a room where more natural light came in. It was a bit dark for my liking. If you want room cleaning you have to request it. Clean room, desk, closet, safe, super large bathtub and wonderful shower strength. My bed was comfy. Only thing was my toilet handle was sort of broken and I struggled adjusting the AC. The shuttle runs pretty much all day and takes you to Deval street. So that was nice. Very close to the airport. Nice pool. And little sand area by the sea. Staff cleaned the area daily. Bring bug spray! The staff in the lobby are super nice and helpful with any questions. Im plant based so didn’t eat at their restaurant.

The check in was awfull. Room not ready made us wait 2 hours and a half of a 16 hours stay. No continental breakfast, no brunch. Just regular cafe at $5 and pattisery at $9 a piece. (almost no one of a full booked hotel took that breakfast) Advertising pics was confusing. Bedrooms of the suites are display among entire rooms so we expected to have booked a suite but we got two regular rooms. No sofa, no table no kitchen… Roosters (very common in Kew West) are by the pool and their heces were kind if disgusting. Our overall experience was not bad (even with one $25 restaurant gift card for 4 people) but poor. We won’t come back sgain

My trip was nice and for my bday I got a champagne bottle and that was so nice! Thanks guys!

Staff was friendly, no room cleaning unless you want to pay extra, which is dumb, grounds could be better maintained. Pool was nice.

My BFF and I loved our stay. Wonderful accommodations. Great staff. Definitely do a sunset cruise with Brightwild. Captain Scott and first mate Sophie were great. I swam laps early every morning in the pool. It was wonderful. Bog at the Chicken Walk makes great Cadillac Margaritas and Angel was a wonderful pool manager. We are planning our next trip with the hubbies.
