We had an excellent stay! The staff and service were outstanding—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The property condition and facilities were spotless and well-maintained, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area around the property was equally impressive—safe, peaceful, and very walkable, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking.
We especially appreciated how quiet and safe the surroundings were, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient and everything was within walking distance, including shopping and dining options. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-rounded and pleasant stay!

The room and bathroom were clean and the gentleman at the desk was helpful. The breakfast was continental as expected and there is a Dennys right in front of the hotel too. The hotel price was reasonable.

Its cheap, and it shows. Room felt damp, had to clean ac filters immediately. Carpet felt gross, kept shoes on. Water pressure was non existant. Key card system failed on Friday, Monday it still wasnt working. You had to wait for front desk to come and open each door, everytime. Was overjoyed to leave.

We arrived at 2am with our three young kids. I don't know what I was expecting, but it definitely wasn't bed bugs in the rollaway bed and cigarette burns in the mattresses, Bugs squished onto the wall in the bathroom.
We stayed only because it was so late at night. The manager did refund us 50% the next morning, but this place will go down in family road trip infamy and the worst in the 35 states we have visited.

The property is absolutely misrepresented and it was an awful experience.I ended up taking overpriced last minute room at different hotel. The first impressions were broken front door lock as if someone just broke in. It continued with
dirty and crowded lobby where people were loitering being loud. On the outside there were people asking for money seemingly panhandling etc... Never got to check in line was long and overall atmosphere was terrible. Went to another hotel ad never looked back...

I got two emails after I booked this room not one mention a deposit nor did it say anything about it on Expedia. After I got here not expecting to pay more I was told I would have to pay for a deposit and then almost got kicked out for arguing with the person about it then finally he waived it. The. When I get upstairs and call Expedia they weren't supposed to charge me anything anyway they were supposed to inform Expedia that they charge a deposit so they can put it on the website and lied about it like most foreign-owned hotel owners do so they tried to scam me at the front desk.

The Safe in the room does not work, staff was aware that it does not work . Had to visit the front desk 3 times to activate the entry key. My reservation was for 2 nights, they deactivated the entry key after 1st night. Elevator not working, had to pick luggages 3 floors up and down. Staff is lacking the minimum skills to politely serve the customers. Avoid this hotel if you can.

The staff were nice, helpful. The breakfast was mediocre, at best. The building, furnishings, and public areas were just this side of shabby. Lots of issues with the front desk. I had to return to the desk several times and get a new card key for the room as they kept not working. There is no Fitness Center although one is advertised. The stink of marijuana was everywhere inside and outside the building. It wasn't a horrible stay, and it wasn't a very nice one either.

I was only there a few hours since I arrived at 9:30 PM and had to leave at 3 AM for a flight. However, I was on the 4th flour and the elevator did not work when I left, since I had to walk down with my luggage - I made it but not ideal at 3 am!
I was alone and I wasn't sure it was a safe area.
The room was fairly clean but there was some hair on one of the hand towels.

The room was shabby, the bathroom was stained, the lobby and other areas were dirty and shabby. It was very poorly maintained. The staff was friendly and courteous but it seemed like the owner doesn't want to spend any money maintaining the place.
The breakfast was terrible.
