Good staff, good breakfast, has a nice coffee bar for the morning, and very close to airport if you're traveling. Also has shuttle to and from airport which I didn't use but very convenient for people who need the transport.

Enjoyed my stay.Room was very comfortable,clean,and up to date.Staff was very friendly and professional.A bit pricey for the room & parking, but otherwise an excellent experience.

Everything felt dirty. The furniture, floors, bathrooms need a deep clean. The glass into the restaurants were filthy. The furniture in the lobby was stained and/or torn.

The food service staff were exceptional. The check in staff was also fantastic. The room was subpar and had a smell. The hotel looked run down. Front desk staff after check in were unwelcoming and made it seem like I was bothering them.

They are impossible to get ahold of and I was charged twice for everything, it was a fight to even talk to someone to help me and still didn't get what I should have back.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was dirty, the toilet wasnt flushing correctly, there was mold growing in the shower from previous patches to the drywall. The carpet was raised up in areas. There were multiple incidents of people getting checked into a room that was already occupied. They even accidentally checked me out a day early and had to explain i was there for another day. If it wasnt for the staff being very friendly and understanding this experience would have been way worse. Definitely need to work on the checking in n out for customers. Too much confusion and mistakes.

I think it may just be Philly sucks. Let’s start with that. The check in lady was stressed and using a kitchen employee to help out, I get it. She didn’t make eye contact with us during the whole check in transaction. It cheesed my boyfriend off so he asked her to link the IHG account and she came back with a snippy remark. I get it everyone has off days, if there was a cookie or a bottle of water in the room, this all could have gone away. Oh yeah there was some black mold happening by the shower vent but no biggie. The early morning airport shuttle guy was honestly the nicest person I met in all of Philly, he turned it all around.

Everybody there is super nice, the lobby and gym and pool were really great.
The rooms are trash, and I don't think the carpet has been cleaned since the turn off the century.
We stayed because DoubleTree is a trusted brand but maybe airport locations are just not the move. Very disappointed. If you need somewhere to stay there's better value elsewhere.

Quick overnight stay, the rooms don’t have microwaves or fridges. A fridge was brought up for us though. Overall it was good . Wish the pool stayed open longer than 8pm. Jordyn at the front desk was awesome
