Good staff, good breakfast, has a nice coffee bar for the morning, and very close to airport if you're traveling. Also has shuttle to and from airport which I didn't use but very convenient for people who need the transport.

Our door stopped working the first night that we arrived. We were told that only one of us could leave the room at a time until the door could be fixed the next day, which was less than ideal because we wanted to go out to eat with our friends and couldn’t do so. The room did not appear to be properly cleaned when we arrived. The floor and the bed were dirty. We could not close the bathroom door without slamming it shut. The iron was broken and it took multiple trips to the front desk to have it replaced. We did not receive a new iron until 2 days later. The good thing I will say is that there was a very nice lady at the front desk who did her best to listen to my concerns and helped to accommodate us for our inconveniences. There was a worker who keyed herself into our room shortly after we arrived (this was before the door stopped working) which was quite awkward. There was also a guy at the front desk who was quite rude when we wanted to leave the parking lot. We were told to press the Help button on the intercom whenever we wanted to leave, but there was always a slow response with being able to reach someone to let us out. When my husband did so the first time, he was able to hear someone at the front desk say that the group that we came with was going to drive them crazy. Overall, my husband and I were not happy with our stay at this location. This was our first and last time staying here.

My first time ever been there the experience wasn't good at all first of all the parking and the accessibility of parking was horrible the room itself the shower head was broken the door was rotted and around the toilet was also rotted out I talked to someone and they sent a text and never came up to fix the problem with the shower head that was missing the power adjustment was broken off the room was a mess there was no iron to iron my clothes we had to have them bring one up and no one ever got back with me about my complaint so needless to say I will never stay there again and I wouldn't advise anyone especially if you want to pay $25 for parking

The beds were comfortable m, the TV worked, and the bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body wash provided. Desk staff were hard to work with, didn’t answer phone calls, the room didn’t have much lighting. Ice machines didn’t work, I was given a hard time about getting a new room key after mine quit working. Not happy with a Hilton property.

Most of the rooms had mold. The shower did not work. I had to be moved around as well as others who attended a conference this past week. The AC was blowing hot air and the staff said there wasn’t anything they could do.There was also so many mosquitos. I also heard others say there was bedbugs in there room. IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE ANYONE COULD EVER IMAGINE.
