DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa - Warren Place

Room was decent, hotel was pretty good. Extra charge for breakfast. The second day, we tried to get in parking garage and the gate wouldn’t open with room key. Called 3 times and never got an answer. Only other option was valet at a charge. Then we needed extra towels and front desk would never answer.

The friendliness of everyone

The property is in sad shape. the carpet in some of the halls is worn down to the backing. the common halls have a damp, moldy smell to several of them. shower floor was nasty. The bed was ok and the pillows were great. Fresh smelling. The young man at the check in desk was VERY difficult to understand. He clenched his teeth together and smiled when he spoke. We were not the only ones that had to get another person at the front desk to check them in. I have stayed at several other Double Tree hotels in the USA, this one is embarrassing

Comfy bed. Beautiful room.

Even though the bed was very comfortable, parking was $15 a night, $50 deposit per a night and I bought a bag of chips for $6.24.

Run down. Horrible cook. A/C sucked

We loved everything about our stay from the rooms to the pool.

Jr suite was spacious. Property was clean and very quiet. Workout area was basic but had everything you needed for a quick workout.

We had a wonderful stay. Room was clean and place was quiet. Bar staff was friendly and great drinks. And those darn cookies!! Gosh they are good!!

I thought it was a lovely facility.

It was a really dirty, old hotel. The shower, carpets, end tables etc… were filthy. I had ordered 2 extra bath towels but the shower was so gross that we ended up not showering because we didn’t have any way to protect our feet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The biggest downfall other than the hotel being old and filthy was we were woke up abruptly early on Saturday morning to a very loud announcer on a speaker blasting hip hop music outside our hotel window for a wedding event. We were forced to leave our hotel room 3 hours earlier than we had planned because the music and announcer on the speaker was too loud outside our window. We definitely do not recommend this hotel if you want a clean, quiet hotel.

The hotel could use some modernization Streaming services Cleaner carpets The valet team should know the self park parking prices…it felt like they were scamming us to valet by telling us self park doesn’t allow in and out privileges

Found it very disrespectful of the staff to knock at the door at 8:30am just asking if we are still in our room. The receptionist that answered the phone before check in was rude. I will say the staff at the front desk were very nice.
