Anda tidak kedinginan. kamar tidurnya besar, meja juga nyaman untuk bekerja, lemari pakaiannya cukup besar, ada gantungan yang cukup di kamar mandi juga, aku suka itu. Menu restoran hotel juga sangat lezat, terutama iga, sandwich juga ok. Saya tidur di sana dua kali ketika saya tiba di Chicago, juga sebelum saya naik dari Chicago.

Hotel is well run and organised, very friendly staff and superb facilities. Buffet breakfast excellent with really great staff notably Ali and Mohammed and Emma, aka Da Queen!
Really easy access to Metro and onwards to City Centre. Front desk very helpful.Ricardo Delgado sorted out a late check out for us due to an ATC delay in the UK. Hassle free and always willing to help. Cannot fault the place.

Our trip was delayed in Chicago and I was glad the Hilton was so close by. We took a short walk from the terminal to the hotel and were able to get some rest before our flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in good condition.

We always stay here before we travel. This time we took advantage of the main restaurant and it was very delightful. The food was fantastic! The best steak and calamari. The atmosphere was a little unexpected especially for our son. Our room was cool and clean and the beds as usual are very comfortable.

The main advantage of this hotel is convenience, of course - right at the ORD airport. Then, the property itself is nice, reasonably quiet considering the area, the staff friendly and the gym well equipped, to boot.

Plane delayed at 2am. Chicago O’Hara 7/10/ United Airlines.Made reservations through Expedia. Checked in went to room. Key did not work. Went back to front desk. I was informed since I booked my appointment through Expedia, it actually does not become available until 3 pm next day. We slept in the lobby. We are in our 70’s, we were woken up at 4am and told we couldn’t sleep in the lobby. ( really) . The story ends in the Hilton style I like. My boyfriend talk to the morning manager . He was very friendly and polite. He also provided use a room for the day until our flight took off. At no charge. We didn’t even have to ask. Very professional.

The shower head was broken and couldn't properly adjust to lighter settings. The drain backing up immediately after turning on the water. The bed is well past worn and dipped/sunk in when laying down. Couldn't get the thermostat off 59° setting. Not worth the convenience of being located in the airport for early flight.

Il manque clairement de rafraîchissement et de changement des lits.
Par contre, dans l'aéroport a l'arrivé du métro donc très pratique.
Attention, tout ferme a minuit....même le desk

We always stay here before we travel. This time we took advantage of the main restaurant and it was very delightful. The food was fantastic! The best steak and calamari.
