It is convenient

The convenience of this location is the only reason to stay here. The rooms are not updated, old bed, no sound proofing, lacking amenities. Disappointing

The carpets were dirty. Old and needs to have an upgrade. Too expensive for dirty old place.

Hotel is well run and organised, very friendly staff and superb facilities. Buffet breakfast excellent with really great staff notably Ali and Mohammed and Emma, aka Da Queen! Really easy access to Metro and onwards to City Centre. Front desk very helpful.Ricardo Delgado sorted out a late check out for us due to an ATC delay in the UK. Hassle free and always willing to help. Cannot fault the place.

We always stay here before we travel. This time we took advantage of the main restaurant and it was very delightful. The food was fantastic! The best steak and calamari. The atmosphere was a little unexpected especially for our son. Our room was cool and clean and the beds as usual are very comfortable.

Most convenient hotel at O’Hare

I like its convenience. But, the reception staff was short (only one!) when checking out. It took fine minutes.

Convenient location in the airport, quick blue line train access. Nice bar and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

Our trip was delayed in Chicago and I was glad the Hilton was so close by. We took a short walk from the terminal to the hotel and were able to get some rest before our flight the next morning. The staff was friendly and the hotel was in good condition.

The main advantage of this hotel is convenience, of course - right at the ORD airport. Then, the property itself is nice, reasonably quiet considering the area, the staff friendly and the gym well equipped, to boot.

Pretty dated. Needs some upgrades. AC/heat could not be easily controlled.

Both the airport and subway station was right near the hotel

Overall a great hotel for my needs. Had my flight come in late at night and next segment early in am.

Plane delayed at 2am. Chicago O’Hara 7/10/ United Airlines.Made reservations through Expedia. Checked in went to room. Key did not work. Went back to front desk. I was informed since I booked my appointment through Expedia, it actually does not become available until 3 pm next day. We slept in the lobby. We are in our 70’s, we were woken up at 4am and told we couldn’t sleep in the lobby. ( really) . The story ends in the Hilton style I like. My boyfriend talk to the morning manager . He was very friendly and polite. He also provided use a room for the day until our flight took off. At no charge. We didn’t even have to ask. Very professional.
