Convenient to shopping

Staff were short and did not explain all expectations. We have not received our refund from our trip.

Your average hotel, no frills, but for the price it was cool. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and shower pressure was good. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. However, you could hear everything thru the thin walls. We were greeted with an attitude by the Front desk clerk (Toya), as a few of us waited 10/15 mins before she came down the elevator and proceeded on her personal call while checking us in. We weren’t sure if she was talking to us or them. Later in the evening and throughout our stay she was pleasant, but 1st impressions are everything and I’m really big on customer service. After all, I can get a bed anywhere, I choose to pay for service.

Nice hotel

I have been staying at holiday inns since a child with family I always have a great stay now being a grandmother I stay with my grandsons this trip the only concern was pool it needed more attention, the air conditioner in room was very loud, staff was very friendly and professional

They had nice customer service, but my room smelled moldy, and you can hear the people above you. The elevator was very creepy. It’s definitely an older unkept building. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Convenient location, many dining options.

Nice room, friendly staff, wasn’t warned pool was closed upon checkin and we picked this hotel specifically for the indoor pool, didn’t know until day 2 when we tried to swim and kids were very disappointed

i generally use HI express when on the road as the rooms are clean and locations are convenient

We booked a stay at the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Woodbridge VA. It was supposed to be for 2 queen size beds, but only realized the next morning that the reason we were so cramped, was because the beds were full size, not queens.

Clean beside the tube drain water will not go down while taking a shower I hated that other than that ok

Very close to my families home the check in was quick and the hotel very clean. Free parking and WiFi and breakfast!

Very nice for the price and convenience to AutoTrain

Toya was so pleasant and she shared her love for purple along with my daughter. She made us feel welcomed and had a great sense of hospitality.

Our room was dirty and there was hair in the sink and tub. The hotel was very noisy and it was hard to het a good nights sleep.

I booked last minute for my husband. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

The staff was wonderful, engaging, polite, and very helpful. Unfortunately, we could hear everything through the walls around us and the floors above us. Also, the fan in the heating/cooling unit would kick in on high and make a really loud noise and wake us up. The bathroom fan worked well, but it also had a very high pitch screech when it was turned on. It’s an older building.
