My husband and I stayed there before his surgery. And it was nice to have breakfast ready, even though we had to leave pretty early.

Everyone at the hotel was very helpful. This was our first time in Dallas but we plan on making this our hotel of choice whenever we are back in Dallas. We were there for three nights helping our son and his wife move to Dallas. Our stay was very comfortable.

The property has failed to maintain what appeared to be decent renovations at the time. The hotel is dirty with trash being left in the hallways. Multiple items were found on the pool floor, including a bathroom knob with a screw and a nail, creating not only a dirty environment for children but also unsafe. The chairs in the lobby are deteriorating. Additionally, the hotel falsely advertised daily housekeeping but after our room remained uncleaned we contacted the front desk and were then informed they only provide cleaning every 3 days unless requested. No wonder the hotel is falling apart. They are so quick to upcharge their customers but they are not even prpviding the basic services that they advertise. I usually like la quinta but this has changed my opinion of this hotel brand.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful!
However, the elevator was dirty and smelt like weed, our room was very clean and spacious but it smelt like weed constantly, this is supposed to be a smoke free facility so it was very unpleasant to have that smell first thing in the morning - also, the breakfast was TERRIBLE, we couldn't eat it.

I would love for the pool to not have been down and sheets clean properly and stair hallway not to smell like urine or rat or bug spray and I would like things to not be inconveniently out of order elevators and ice machine etc . And maybe towels to be automatically restocked if a guest is staying more than one night and maybe have bacon and sausage available and to go trays made available if an guest is not able to stay and eat in lobby or no room

I was looking forward to staying here because I have stayed at other properties; this one was not near as clean as I was hoping. A bit stinky, did not feel fresh and clean, several broken/dirty areas as we walked to and from room, and did see several bugs crawling and flying in the actual suite itself. I would not stay here again. I will say the front desk was very speedy and very friendly! He did a great job and had me checked in quick with no issues.

This property is awful and should not be allowed to run in the condition it is in. There were blood stains on the curtains in the lobby and on the pull out beds in the rooms. The room we were placed in did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival and it was evident that it had been smoked in. There were homeless people laying in the lobby and out by the pool. We were told to keep our belongings close since there was no security at the property. The ladies working the front desk did their best to help us out (a 14U Volleyball Club) but the manager hid in the back room, refused to come out and was rude to both the front desk staff and customers - using a "go between" person. Worst experience we've ever had a hotel anywhere.

I had a great trips with my kids. We got to pick which floor we could stay on so that was wonderful. My only point of contention is the overflowing trash can on the other side of the hall from us. Right when you get off the elevator, it’s right in front and had a pizza box on the outside of it. The breakfast was great though and the front desk helped us with whatever we needed
