Quality Inn Alamosa

I saved up to take my family on this trip and was highly disappointed. The pictures on online are false advertisement and felt like I was in a bad dream and wanted to cry. I picked this hotel based off the kid amenities. Pool was closed the first night and the second night had a foam substance floating on top of it and no kids were using it. It seemed unhealthy to use. Game area was hot, waterfall broken and leaking, everything was broken besides ping-pong. Took our 6 and 4 year old to our room to put them in-front of the tv since there was nothing else to do and the tv didn’t work. Went and asked for a refund and was told no. Had to run out to purchase a Roku. We had one working plug in our room, when testing one plug I got shocked. Kept up both nights past 1 am by drunks playing pool. The horrible smell throughout the hotel was being masked by air fresheners and side doors being held open with buckets. Not sure how this place stays open but guessing it’s because of the false advertisement and a refund would be appreciated. The health department needs to do a walkthrough.

Swimming pool was closed for cleaning Friday and it was gross on Saturday so we never got to swim. We asked the front desk to have maintenance come and fix a light that was out and they never showed up. A dirty wash rag was left on the nightstand when we entered the room. There was a terrible stitch in the hallways and our room. Kids were playing pool & ping pong late and making all kinds of noise and we couldn’t sleep. We were in room 164

Drove from Missouri to Colorado and picked this hotel because of the water park inside. It was closed our whole trip. Staff wasn’t friendly about it at all

Picked this hotel because of the pool. Checked in said that would be open in about an hour then after awhile they said the pool would not be opening. The roof in lobby has holes in the roof. The hotel just needs updated badly.

Up grade continental breakfast

The room was great. It was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a problem with water hot enough to take a shower. There is a front desk person but they are not always at the desk...there is a pager. If you are on the later end of the "free" breakfast, there won't be any fruit, the other selections will be severely limited.

The breakfast was minimal for having a large group staying there, too. It would be a nice accomodations if they remodeled it!

This could be a great property if they invested some money in it. Just a tired hotel that needs a whole lot of tlc

Extremely kind and efficient staff. Liked the LVP flooring in pet friendly room. The parking lot is full of trash, and not just a little trash…a lot.

The interior was very nice indeed. lobby area very pretty. Unfortunate they did not have a restaurant currently. But an attractive property.

Room looked clean but smelled like cockroaches, breakfast was okay but not great. Door to the building did not close properly. Floor in the hallway was sticky.

It was Ok, clean. Staff was nice

The hotel needs some upgrades, lobby is very dated,the pool/water park looked horrible,the water slide was out of service, the kids water area was hardly working, there was trash and all sorts of other things thrown around the pool area.We decided that it wasn't a smart decisions to get into the pool. The pool area was giving horror movie vibes just being honest.
