The building was on the older side and felt poorly maintained. The room had scratch marks on the back wall, the chair was worn out and had clearly not been replaced in years, there were pieces of trash we found here and there, and the hotel was inconvenient to get to and from without an Uber. The area was also generally unsafe and there were a few times where the person I was staying with and I both felt like we were in danger around the hotel. At least it was cheap, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was fairly convenient.

The mattress was the least confortable mattress I have ever slept on. You could visibly see the body indents from wear on each side. It was hard and wirey leading to both my friend and I leaving with horrible back pain. On top of that, one of my sheets smelled like body sweat.

I want to tell you something on Wednesday the 23rd. I Think It Was That Day. I couldn’t Sleep These People rent the rooms to People with animals. I have a bad experience on the night because this dog started barking all morning. I couldn’t Sleep at all. I want my money back from that night. The next day I asked somebody to change me the room because of that reason. So I need that you put And let them know what happened. They know I told him, so I need my money back on that day. I’m not gonna pay for that day. The dog bark all Money from 2:30 in the morning to the time. I left at six in the morning. I couldn’t sleep at all. I am very pissed off about this.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, and things got so bad that all the guests had to evacuate outside.
Fire engines even showed up and it all started to escalate.
But the hotel didn't even apologize.
And of course they didn't refund our money.
Shouldn't they change the price of the room?

The location was good for the events I was attending. Room was functional and clean. How ever it is bare bones, no coffee other than tiny machine, no continental breakfast, pool leased out to swimming school, not for guest. It does offer a roof over one's head at a reasonable fee for this area. I would use it again, there is a Super Market right across the street.

Although my room was clean, the mattresses were very springy, and pillows were firm and flat. Thankfully one of the only things this place has going for it is that it's conveniently located next to home goods, tjmaxx, marshalls, and target, so I was able to buy a fluffy pillow to sleep on. I have NEVER had to do that, and I had SIX pillows to choose from in my room! If you literally just need a place to sleep this will suffice, but is in dire need of some upgrades! Oh also bring an actual plug adapter to charge your phone since there are no usb plugs in the room. Definitely check your mini fridge temp if storing food - I did not notice mine was cranked up and froze all my fruit.

Never again and would never recommend. Spoke with patrons at a nearby business who spoke of rumors of sex trafficking there. From what I saw, it's quite probable. I contacted Red Roof corporate and would like to hear from Expedia. The location shouldn't even be on your site.
