Everything was great!! Got picked up at the airport by their shuttle and returned when we were ready to go home. They also told us how to find the lite train and get to the stadium. The room was a little warm, but that was an easy fix. I don't have any complaints. I will definitely cinsidering staying there on my next visit. Sorry, I didn't make my bed before we left!!

I was pleasantly surprised how clean my room and bathroom was. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant as well. Good place to stay. I even ordered room service from a local restaurant and it was delivered up to my room.

After a long day of driving, my daughter and I thought we had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room, it was one king bed. We went back down and asked about it and were told since it was through a third-party booking, there was nothing they could do about it And since we had already checked in, it couldn’t be canceled or changed with the third-party. The room they gave us was right next to the elevator so late at night early in the morning, you could hear the elevator from the room which hampered sleeping. I went online and looked and they still had double bed rooms open, so I’m not sure why they could not have accommodated us since the double bed rooms were less expensive than.

Our room wasn’t ready until 50 minutes after check in and only because going up to the desk to find or what was going on. Coffee in the coffee corner is supposed to be available until 1pm and both days was not. Our key card didn’t respond the 2nd day even though we were booked for two nights. Plus we never could get on the internet. At times in settings it did not even pop up and when it did it showed only one bar and never let us connect. The one good thing was after waiting to get in our room it was neat and clean. Kudos to Carmen!

It’s a cheap place to stay the night before you fly out. Nothing flashy but it gets the job done. Rooms are clean but outdated. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle is on time. Stayed here so we wouldn’t have to battle rush hour traffic to make our flight. Mission accomplished

Hotel is very conveniently located close to airport and car rental faculty. Room clean and well appointed, Onsite parking and only 4 minute walk to Chinese restaurant (for easy take out). Staff kind and helpful. Only hitch was a computer problem they were experiencing on my arrival for my 2nd stay which delayed check in for awhile. Overall, definitely a place I'll stay at again on future visits :-)

The carpets in thebroom are expremely dirty and staine indodnt even wanna take mybshoes off. The smell in the room reaked of old cigarettes and i have asthima . They also said we could have a late checl out at 12pm we left at 11am and im pretry sure they charged my card $75 without even stating a charge. I also have another charge for $220 pending thst i thinknis jist for security and will fall off. The extra $75 is somehing ill dispute

The bed was comfortable .The carpet was and bed covering was stained. The ice machine did not work. Went down for coffee which was promy from 6am to 1 pm but they were out. I told the women behind the desk, went down about an hour later and still no coffee

It was the Red Roof in Seattle I was at, not Tennessee but it was very convenient to the airport, clean and quiet and very good price. Just what I needed after a good vacation and prepping to go home. I will stay there next time I travel back from Seattle for sure!

The hallways smelled like an ashtray. The doors didn’t go all the way to the floor and you can see under them. Repair jobs are of poor quality.
