Good place for one night

The front desk was efficient and enthusiastic, very satisfied!

總體來說住宿體驗很棒，乾淨，服務態度很好，唯一稍差的就是房間隔音不好，可以聽到隔壁電視聲跟大聲談話的聲音

112房浴室的浴缸排水不良，淋浴時水幾乎淹到小腿，告知旅館，來維修的工作人員說是浴缸排水的問題，是旅館唯一一間有問題的，不知道為什麼有問題還安排客人入住，而且我們是住八天，洗澡的經驗簡直是一場惡夢，又被告知客房全滿，無法換房。

No breakfast, no service, no luggage storage, cleaning once a week, no bath towels and towels to change, the boss service attitude is very poor, hurry up very bad! The rest of the trip was cancelled and will never stay here again.

It’s close to the airport and the light rail.

After a long day of driving, my daughter and I thought we had booked a room with two queen beds. When we got to the room, it was one king bed. We went back down and asked about it and were told since it was through a third-party booking, there was nothing they could do about it And since we had already checked in, it couldn’t be canceled or changed with the third-party. The room they gave us was right next to the elevator so late at night early in the morning, you could hear the elevator from the room which hampered sleeping. I went online and looked and they still had double bed rooms open, so I’m not sure why they could not have accommodated us since the double bed rooms were less expensive than.

We will stay here again 😀

Old. Outdated. Not clean. Jankey. Needs a lot of TLC

Everything was great!! Got picked up at the airport by their shuttle and returned when we were ready to go home. They also told us how to find the lite train and get to the stadium. The room was a little warm, but that was an easy fix. I don't have any complaints. I will definitely cinsidering staying there on my next visit. Sorry, I didn't make my bed before we left!!

Staff was pleasant and very helpful.

Facilities need an update

Our room wasn’t ready until 50 minutes after check in and only because going up to the desk to find or what was going on. Coffee in the coffee corner is supposed to be available until 1pm and both days was not. Our key card didn’t respond the 2nd day even though we were booked for two nights. Plus we never could get on the internet. At times in settings it did not even pop up and when it did it showed only one bar and never let us connect. The one good thing was after waiting to get in our room it was neat and clean. Kudos to Carmen!

I stay here every time I’m in Seattle and I just love the friendliness of the frost desk people.

Surely you can a find a better option, unless price is the main or only factor.

It’s a cheap place to stay the night before you fly out. Nothing flashy but it gets the job done. Rooms are clean but outdated. Staff are very friendly and the shuttle is on time. Stayed here so we wouldn’t have to battle rush hour traffic to make our flight. Mission accomplished
