This is the ideal location when you are looking for a practical stay that includes a kitchenette and full refrigerator. It's no frills and very clean and also offers extra security with the front lobby locking at 10:00pm. Room lighting could be improved (less institutional).Great place to have a pet.

Friendliest front desk staff. A gentleman when I checked in and a woman when I checked out. The only thing is there's not always someone at the front desk (during the hours there says there is, as they're busy), so you may have to wait at the desk for them to come back.
The room was FANTASTIC! Like a little apartment. The gentleman at check in gave me the 4th floor so that I didn't have anyone above me, since he heard I had a rough day (car broke down and I was stranded away from my destination - Detroit - en route from Wisconsin). The room was spotless and the hotel itself looks brand new. Absolutely zero complaints.
I had to wait for my car to be ready for pickup from the dealership about an hour after checkout and asked the front desk woman if I could stay in the lobby. I had luggage, a couple of backpacks and my purse, as I broke down while on vacation, and she was more than willing to say, "Yes! No problem." Which made my life so much easier. Otherwise I would've had to take an Uber to the dealership and wait until my car was ready or go to a restaurant or something, wandering aimlessly.

The room was clean. The kitchenette was convenient BUT there were no pans, plates, cups, silverware etc. If you wanted pans you could rent them for 30 bucks which was just odd. NO blow-dryer in the bathroom which was really inconvenient. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable and only 2 per bed. The hotel itself was clean and the front desk guy who checked us in was very nice and friendly. Very secure as you need your room key to move throughout the hotel.

No one was available at thecfront desk when I arrived before 10 pm. I had to wait in the lobby for around 15 minutes before I check in. After checking, I was unable to locate the room and came back to front desk. But no one was available there that time. When I dialled the 500 number to get front desk support, it was continuously giving busy tine. I had to call the reservation desk support on phone and they were able to get a front desk person only after 45 minutes. Overall I waited more than an hour in the front desk before ai could enter my room.

I've never used an extended stay property before, so I'm not sure how this one compares. I was surprised by the limited front desk hours. There was no one to check out with when I left, so I just left my room keys at the desk. Not even a drop box.
There is no listed check-in "before" time, but the front desk closed at 8:00p... and I got in at 8:15p. So I had to call a number to have the on call manager come down and open up the desk for check-in. That felt a bit weird.
I failed to notice that there was no continental breakfast, so that was a disappointment. But that's on me for not seeing that.
Overall the facility felt clean enough. The room was a bit small, and I would regret the lack of much comfortable seating if I were spending the day there.
The bathroom was nice. There is a full size fridge which is nice too, with a real freezer. A nice amount of storage for clothes.
No included room or linen service, but that doesn't bother me (I only was there 3 nights).
Overall, it's a fine place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds.

Make sure you plan on paying for housekeeping, pots and pans and a change of towels. The room is Very small. There's no pool. I felt like I was staying the night at my mom's. For the price and all the nickel and diming. I won't book again. Staff was very friendly and the hit and grounds were very clean. Just not worth the money.

I'm in Grand Rapids monthly for work and have stayed here 3-4 times now, usually for 7-10 days each trip. The property is new and the room has been extremely clean each time I've stayed.
As others have said, the walls are a little bit thin, but it has not been a problem.
Great value for the price! Recommended!

Our room was clean and I really liked that there was no carpet. The half wall of storage was nice to keep our bags and belongings organized and off the floor. The refrigerator, microwave and kitchen sink were the reason we chose to stay here over other hotels that I researched. While an included breakfast can be nice, we knew that we’d be starting our day before most hotels provided breakfast time began. There was some noise from the room above ours but not enough to keep us from having a good nights sleep. If you’re particular about pillows, you may want to bring your own. Each bed had 2 pillows and they were similar in size and “fluff”. We didn’t need anything after hours but I can see how that may be a negative for some people.

Perhaps I didn’t read closely enough, but this place was extended stay, and didn’t have room service. However, it was nice and clean, and the staff was helpful and prompt. Having a kitchenette was so awesome.

You MUST have front desk service 24 hours a day...Are you insane or just insanely cheap? The after hours doors are locked down like a friggin' prison...so UNwelcoming and inconvenient. The staff (when available) were very rude and unfriendly. The rooms are decorated very coldly, truly awful. Whoever conceptualized this horrible format does not belong anywhere near the hotel or hospitality industry at all. Terrible hotel...will never stay there again...just plain bad in every way.
