Der check in war mit problemen behaftet das Frühstück war angeblich nicht dazu gebucht.. die Rezeption war sehr unprofessionell ich habe selbst mit expedia kontakt aufgenommen um.das zuklären. Angeblich war es ein Systemfehler hat man mir dann auf nachfrage geantwortet...eine Entschuldigung seitens des hotels kam nicht... das zimmer wurde auch nicht gereinigt das muss man anscheinend per qr code selbst entscheiden naja hatte mit mehr erwartet das Frühstück war super

Overall this property was mostly good. The location is perfect. The beds and rooms were tidy and equipped with everything you would expect from any respectable hotel. The view from the windows were spectacular. The breakfast was very thorough. And the gym was a nice touch. The only issue was the air conditioning which was just not to the standard one would expect for the price and of a hotel of this standard. In fairness we stayed during the hottest part of the year and it got to 37 degrees celsius. However, even on the "cooler" days the air con was ineffective only blowing a mere draft not even a cool one just some air into the room. This detracted from what would have been an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall if you're not staying during summer I would recommend but if during summer seek alternatives.

Helt greie rom. Finere enn forventet ut fra bildene. Varrierende størrelse på enkeltrommene. Et var det kjøleskap på og et var det ikke. Snedig at man kunne bestille renhold om og når man selv ønsket. Området rundt var ikke så innholdsrikt men kort vei til både S og U-bahn. Det ble styr ved både innsjekk og utsjekk hvor hotellet ikke hadde fått bekreftelse på at vi hadde betalt gjennom expedia noe som skapte en litt stressende og ubehagelig situasjon.

Well connected location near West Vienna station with good transportation links. Hotel staff are very helpful and room was very comfortable for a short business trip.

No pude viajar a Viena por una huelga que había en Paris por los controladores aéreos. Hice la gestión a través de los agentes de Expedía para buscar la devolución y simplemente no la aplicaron. No veo razón por la cual me pidan una reseña, obviamente estoy muy decepcionado y molesto con el hotel

Sehr schönes hotel

Hervorragendes Frühstück, jedoch war das Hotel voll und dadurch im Frühstücksraum sehr laut und hektisches Treiben. Direkt an viel befahrenen Straße mit Straßenbahn gelegen und dadurch laut-dank Klimaanlage und guter Fenster nachts kein Problem

Wie schon bei meinen vorherigen Aufenthalten war ich rundum zufrieden. Vor allem das hilfsbereite Personal ist besonders zu erwähnen. Speziell möchte ich Atila ubd Ricardo meinen herzlichen Dank aussprechen. Gerne werde ich das Arcotel bei meinen Wiebesuchen berücksichtigen.... Ein großes Merci für alles.

War echt toll, alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Personal sehr freundlich! Zimmer zu warm, Fenster konnte man nur kippen, Klimaanlage konnte man nicht regulieren. Frühstück Buffet ruesen Auswahl und Räumlichkeiten angenehm. Zimmer, Betten bequem, sauber und mit Wasserkocher, leider wurde Teebeutel etc. nicht aufgefüllt. Umgebung sehr gut mit Nähe Westbahnhof gelegen, eine grosse Fußgängerzone in der Nähe.

何度も宿泊しているホテルです。西駅から近い事と、西駅近くの他のホテルより部屋が広い事、風呂桶が有る事、フィットネス器具一通りそろっているジムが有ることがリピートしている理由です。ジムの隣にはサウナやジャグジーもあります。今回も快適に滞在しました。

何度も宿泊したことのあるホテルです。今回ラッキーにも予約した部屋よりも高い、メゾネットタイプの部屋に案内して頂きました。最上階の広い部屋でのんびり過ごすことが出来ました。

The hotel is in a good location to visit Vienna. The train station is 5-8 minutes away in one direction, and the tram is 3 minutes away in the opposite direction. The hotel room was a good size for two people, and the bed was comfortable. The soundproofing prevented the traffic noise from disturbing my sleep. I didn't eat in the hotel resturant or use the bar as I was taken out by family who live here to local resturants.

Que ce soit Hôtels.com qui diffusent des fausses informations et l’hôtel ou tout est hors service c’est un désastre ! Seul point positif : Michel un réceptionniste canadien très aimable ! Je déconseille Hôtels.com et l’hôtel.
