We had a lovely stay. We arrived earlier than expected but used the leisure facilities, unfortunately no disabled changing room only disabled toilets. We later checked in. We had stayed here previously and we were aware of the amount of stairs. As I have a disability we asked for a room which was more accessible. We were give a upgrade to room 405 and able to park close to the room, no steps or stairs. Room spacious and clean, very comfortable bed. There were bath robes but no slippers. Location and parking excellent, easy drive into Cheltenham. Breakfast was excellent except that the uncut bread was not replenished, no decaf cappuccino in the drinks machine. There was cooked meats but no tomato or cucumber available. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel and pool spa facilities, nice touch to receive cookies as we checked in although we had to ask for them! I was surprised to be charged a service charge when ordering drinks at the bar! And the water temp kept changing when showering, didn’t use the restaurant but the clock tower next door offered very reasonably priced meals.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Room comfortable and clean with good furniture, large Tv and pleasant outdoor outlook.

The hotel and facilities were very good. The staff were excellent and worked very hard to make our stay perfect. However I booked a meal in the restaurant for 20:00 and was still waiting for starter at 21:15. In the end I cancelled the mail course. The following day for breakfast I ordered an omelette and this took over 45 minutes to be served. And finally when checking out it took over 20 minutes due to lack of staff.

The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. The spa was a lovely addition, very quiet and relaxing. Food was good quality and the room was comfy. We really enjoyed our stay

Staff were great, property and location good. I didn't manage to get a cookie at check in but would definitely go back.

Large comfortable room with large TV and super shower room/WC. Nice warm pool. Easy access to Cotswolds. All hotel EV chargers out of service. Found fast chargers elsewhere. Room was a long walk from reception: room numbers over 299 a significant walk from reception/ dining/ pool including up and down stairs when going back and forth. My rating is 8 out of 10 overall.

Great stay. The shower was not very strong though.

Need more food options, breakfast was excellent, need better menu for dinner. Bed very comfortable Good internet Good travel access to all locations.

The hotel was very clean and the room was great. The staff in the dining room were fantastic and went above and beyond. Well Done.
