I booked this room to replace another one I checked out of due to conditions there on my trip. Front desk person was very nice and beyond apologetic for the hotel appearance. Said it was being remodeled. It was dirty pretty much everywhere. Looked unkept. Room and bathroom looked like it was just maybe wiped down from the last person. In the morning, there was no hot water at all for showering. Mentioned it on check out and person at the desk said it was a known issue and they need 3 more water heaters and the manager is aware of that. I guess guest comfort isn't that important to the hotel.

It looked run down and the sink had rusty stuff on the bottom near the drain. There was only luke warm water so no shower. Front desk was polite and friendly though and breakfast was ok.

Property is old and in need of new rugs paint. It is well worn. Kassy at reception was great and was very busy with checking in guests. She represents your company very well

The plumbing was bad , the fridge was smelly, no internet, breakfast was not great

I guess its my fault as the price was only $77 CAD. Its a very gross hotel but at a low price. Will nvr stay there again. That place should be condemned.

Smelly sheets, noise heater, short staff, breakfast terrible, no milk, no creamer, super old hotel facilities and furniture.

Comfort, clean space. No complaints. Yes, it was outdated but I was happy with my stay.

This place is run down. One person at the desk and you have to call them on your phone to get them to come. Stained and cracked shower and sink.

Good place to stay

Don'd judge this book by it's cover. While somewhat dated, the room was comfortable, clean and smelled pleasant. Staff was friendly and the cost was fantastic. We wanted a room within walking distance to the stadium - this was just what we needed.

This place needs serious remodeling. It is smelly. The carpet needs replaced. Bathroom fixtures, especially toilet, need replaced. Wyndam should . Be ashamed having their name attached to this property.
