Hi i stay there for 1 night. Location wise no doubt is very convenient it is just right beside Cologne Station. 1 minute walk. And it is opposite the cologne cathedral. I got upgraded for free to a better room with a window view facing the cologne cathedral. The room was classic but a little bit old on the furniture. But it is very spacious with a living room no complain there. I was very please with their friendly customer service and they gave us an extra bed for free for my 9yr old & a baby box for my 5yr old. And with little bunny doll & some kids toiletries. My whole family was very please with the room and the service. I will greatly recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting cologne. Cheers

I stayed with my family in 2 rooms, and there were many little but very nice, attentive items in the rooms especially for family with kids that showed how the hotel really paid attention to their guests. When we checked in, accidentally one of the staff broke the wheel of my luggage and the manager in charge automatically gave us refund for the new luggage without much problem. All the staff was very warm, full of smile and professional, the service was excellent!

We absolutely loved this hotel stay! Staff was wonderful. They treated our son like a prince! Close to train station, cathedral, shopping, and dining. Will stay here again for sure!

Very bad customer service across all areas of the hotel. In particular the restaurant was the worst. The waiters ignore you, make you wait for ages, then don't take your order properly and still charge you. We overheard another customer complaining about the service too. Terrible check in. We waited for ages and then when we got to the front of the queue the receptionist ignored us and started speaking to her colleague so we went to someone else who wasn't really any better. And they said that they needed €150 deposit which would be refunded after 6 weeks. The room was too small for a queen and it was extremely hot. They couldn't do anything about it so we couldn't sleep well because it was one temperature the whole time, too hot. The only good reason to stay in this hotel is the location. It's about a 5 min walk from the central station and very close to the cathedral and city centre. But other than that, I wouldn't recommend staying here because the customer service does not exist.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in my tenure in travel. If I'm going to be in the Cologne area or staying in any places within a 1 hour radius, this is going to be my only place to stay while I'm there. <3

A bit surprised at lack of amenities. The room was rather small and oddly shaped. There were no robes nor even a simple shower cap. Having stayed in some other five-star hotels for less money in both Berlin and Brussels, it was disappointing. The bar and common sitting areas were also very tight.

The hotel is pure luxury. The location is excellent just across from the cathedral. It is a beautiful building. The lobby is quiet elegance. The staff are professional and friendly. The food at the breakfast buffet is very good. The bed is very comfortable. I had a junior suite with window/doors opening toward the Dom. No bathtub.

This hotel is unbelievable. Excellent in every way. The property is very luxurious and well deserving of their 5 stars. It is perfectly kept up, great amenities, unbeatable location, clean and well appointed. But what I was most impressed by was the staff. They were obviously hand picked and trained to maximize guest experience. In every interaction I was shocked by both their courteous nature and their professionalism. This hotel even has a decent gym which I find rare in Europe. It’s expensive but worth every penny for the unique experience. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Cologne. Thanks again for the wonderful stay.
