Boutique hotel with wonderful staff and in the main square making it so great to walk around and shop and eat. Rooftop bar was also wonderful 👍

Chambre très bien avec vue sur la place.Roof top très sympa. Seul petit problème malgré deux demandes nous n’avons pas pu avoir de mouchoirs. La boîte est restée vide tout le séjour ! À part, cela hôtel très agréable et idéalement placé.

Excelente hotel ubicado sobre la Grand place. El diseño clásico le daba un toque bello. Eso sí, me habría gustado que se indicara desde que se reserva que la terraza (la cual es su gran atractivo que te venden y la razón principal por la que elegí este hotel sobre otras opciones) está cerrada los domingos y lunes.

Je suis arrivé le mardi et jusqu’à mon départ le vendredi j’ai réclamé un fer a repasser que je n’ai jamais eu. On m’a clairement fait entendre que des groupes de touristes ont monopolisés plus de 25 fers à repasser, et en aucun cas je n’ai pu avoir ce service, pourtant les femmes de ménage passent tous les jours dans les chambres. C’est vraiment un manque de considération et de professionnalisme!

Overall the stay was good, nothing special, best thing is the location to the center if that’s what you’re looking for, then it’s worth a stay. Rooftop bar was booked for private group what was disappointing, since it was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. Carpets in room and halls looks very worn, but clean.

Loved this property! Perfect room for a family with 2 young children. Would definitely stay again if I am in beautiful Lillie again! Thank you. Breakfast which you pay extra for is lovely, and kids ate free too.

3 nuits dans cet hôtel 4* qui n en porte que le nom …. - téléphone non fonctionnel - bouteille d eau vide, il faut la remplir soi même sur le palier , pas de chance la fontaine est en panne - chasse d eau cassée , réparée le lendemain mais bon … - paire de chaussettes sales dans un coin - boîte à mouchoirs vide - moquette à rafraîchir partout - ascenseur vitré avec vitres dégoûtantes - isolation phonique entres chambres inexistante Bref à 300€ la nuit j attendais bien mieux Le personnel a été à l écoute et professionnel. L emplacement est impeccable

Hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles mais aucunes prestations à la hauteur pour 190€ la nuit.. visite en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants), le canapé lit était même pas préparé pour notre arrivée, horrible confort et le dos explosé au matin. Pas de sèches cheveux dans la chambre.. Carafe d eau dans la chambre encore sale et encore utilisé des clients précédents.. Vue sur un mur, ascenseur en panne. Étant membre gold d Expédia, j avais également droit à des avantages dont boissons offertes mais le bar est fermé également.. Bref un 2 étoiles Ibis aurait été pareil.

Staff were brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Great location. Comfy rooms. Would highly recomnend.

Excellent séjour

Hotel seemed a bit tired. There was scaffolding out the front on our visit. Room was incredibly hot and air conditioning did not work. No paper or clean hand towels in the lobby bathroom at 1pm on a Saturday. Breakfast was fine. Room was reasonably clean albeit a hair on the sink. Shower was good. If the air conditioning worked and we didn’t have to ask for the lobby bathroom to be restocked it would get a higher rating. Staff were all very pleasant. Good location as well.

Great central location with a fantastic roof top bar. Lovely large & very clean room. Many choices at buffet breakfast. Friendly and helpful team. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Excellent location, very quiet and lovely staff

A beautiful hotel in a really central location. The team could not have been more welcoming and were so adept at switching between French and English when my French reached its limit! The room had everything you could need, with a coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, bath and shower. The wifi signal was great too. The breakfast buffet had everything you could need, including proper orange juice and limitless coffee. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel ideally located

Chose room with view of the central square, i highly recommend. Breakfast was busy so don't be late, a few things ran out. Hotel was very accommodating when I had made a silly mistake with my booking and staff were ver friendly. Hotel is in a perfect location for a city break.

We only stayed one night. The reception was the best about this hotel. They were so friendly and lovely people. However, the carpets in the hallways and the fabric chair in our room had huge multiple stains all over them. Our view out our window was an interior view of a roof and HVAC system, which was fine, knowing we were only there for 1 night and that it would be quiet. The hotel was in a great location, but would have paid more for a nicer/cleaner room with view if it would have been offered. I did not complain or ask for a room change. It was our first night in France traveling from the US.
