Exceptionally accommodating staff. Jack was most pleasant and Phil most learned with regards cocktails. Sandra the manager is always most helpful. It really is an exceptional little boutique hotel . Thank you for a lovely stay I will return again in early June.

Firstly I’d like to complement the staff on kindness and attention. The hotel also offers an excellent breakfast. Unfortunately I had to affirm that this hotel was the worst I have been to in the last 10 years. The draining of the rooms 19 e 46 wasn’t working and to add insult to injured I had my body completely bitten by bedbugs, which is the reason I’m writing down this report. It’s a health public issue and should be reported to the British healthy authorities. I’m terrible disappointed by this incident and I do hope the hotel manager to take measures to avoid such health issue to others. Kind regards!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Falstaff in Canterbury. The hotel is in a great location to explore the city and there are lots of good restaurants to choose from in the area. We paid for breakfast included option and it was well worth the price - very good cooked breakfast options, and continental options were adequate - all the food was fresh and nicely presented. We really enjoyed the 6-7pm happy hour in the bar - it's a great idea and a good way to break the day between sightseeing and relaxing into the evening. All staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful. The room, especially the bathroom, was visibly cleaned to a high standard - the only niggle for me was the fabulous bed side table lamps - they could do with a good dust - they wouldn't pass the Four In A Bed test, let's put it that way. The only advice I would give people is that if you are booking via Expedia, don't be fooled by the lovely photo of the room with a stand alone bath in the room - you think that is what you will get when you arrive, but we didn't. The room we had was really spacious, had a great seating area with sofa etc and a comfy king size bed, but the bath was very firmly in the bathroom in the room we were allocated. If you're looking for romance you might want to liaise with the hotel directly to make sure you get the type of room that you want.

Great room and very spacious- loved the extras like the vanity and towel warmers. Bar staff was very friendly and engaging - made for nice conversation.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at The Falstaff Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. Our favorite breakfast option was the avocado toast with perfectly well-done eggs — absolutely delicious and a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to others.

The hotel was lovely, superbly located, meters from Westgate. The problem was we were promised a room that would not overlook the parking lot. We came back 2 times, at 12:00 and 2:30, but they said the room was still not ready, that we had to wait till 3 o’clock. We had tickets to punt down the river at 3 so could not stay, but immediately upon finishing it returned to the hotel. To our surprise they then took us to a room that overlooked the parking lot! We asked to be changed and they took us to a tiny room that overlooked a small patio, that was right beside the communal terrace, so quite noisy. It was not what we had hoped for. Having said that, the room and bathroom were pretty and clean, the breakfast was good and the location superb.

Everything you needed. Beautiful setting. Central to everything in Canterbury.

Reception and bedrooms were well kept and stylish and the location good for exploring the city. Breakfast was a bit limited and the coffee really not as good as you’d expect. The outside areas had been well designed and planted but are now in severe need of attention. There’s a lot of competition so these things are important. Overall, we felt comfortable and safe.

Flott hotell! Bra plassering (gode restauranter og punting (anbefales) i nærheten), deilig frokost og personalet var utrolig hyggelige og service-innstilte. Rom og bad var litt små, men god seng veide opp😄.

Nice hotel in a great area for getting about.our room was ok the bed was comfortable.the staff were all very nice,Breakfast was good and the bar area was great with plenty of other rooms to sit while having a drink.only thing I can complain about is the pidgeons noise from sitting on the windowsills early morning.but other than that we had a lovely time at the falstaffe hotel
