I was about to write a great to review for this place as the staff were friendly and took care of us. Then it came time to leave and we asked if we could use their taxi service to our next hotel and they wanted to charge us 1200 baht. I explained I used their taxi service to get there from the pier and it was 500 baht. Our next hotel was 15 minutes from the pier so how can an extra 15 minutes be 700 baht more expensive. It was clear the manager just invented that number from thin air to pocket himself extra cash. He then said as a favour he would only charge 1000 baht. Lol. Extortionate price. But of course he knew we had no other choice as the resort is so remote and so took advantage of us. While I was in the taxi I asked the driver usually how much would it cost to get to the hotel and he said 1800 baht. Clearly, they just make up lies as they go along. Disappointing as we were customers there for 3 nights and the hotel room was definitely not good value for money compared to other places. If you're going to stay at the panviman make sure you've got your own transport or be prepared to be pay whatever fee they make up on the spot. Unprofessional, it ' s an expensive resort and I felt like I was haggling with some chancer tuk tuk driver in Bangkok.

Nilai uang yang luar biasa. To-die-for view dari kamar kami. Semua fasilitas kamar mandi sangat bagus dengan bau yang enak dari Jasmin (saya pikir). Kamar bersih. Banyak botol air disediakan. Banyak pilihan bantal untuk dipilih. Pantai pribadi. Lebih banyak pilihan sarapan akan lebih baik tetapi suka telur dadar. Jauh dari pusat kota tetapi bagus untuk privasi dan ketenangan.
