We loved our stay there, but let’s face it. You get what you pay for. This place is not a 5 star resort. However we didn’t pay for a 5 star experience. The whole place is in need of a renovation. The breakfast is not great. Neither is the gym. HOWEVER, the staff was amazing and we loved our “rustic” villa. You will love it there. Just have in mind it’s rustic, and a very affordable “5 star” resort.

Overall i was happy with my stay. We had one of the private pool villas and it was totally worth it. The sunrise in the morning was great as it came up just opposite us. Nice views of the sea etc. For this alone I was very happy. The breakfast was good enough. The egg station was good. A reasonable amount of choice and you can sit outside with a nice view when having breakfast. The main pool is ok but no one seemed bothered to clean around it (people left rubbish etc). This hotel has its own little part of the beach but it's not the best part. I didn't use it. The staff were good. Overall it's a nice place. FYI it's a 4 star hotel not 5. Perhaps if i had not gone for the private pool villa i would not be so happy with my stay but i did so.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt im Panviman Hotel 😍 Schon beim Ankommen waren wir begeistert, die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Besonders hervorheben muss man den Pool und den Strand: beides absolut sauber, ruhig und perfekt zum Entspannen. Das Essen war ein echtes Highlight! Vor allem der Fisch war super frisch und unglaublich lecker, genauso wie das Pad Thai, eines der besten, das wir je gegessen haben. Auch die Cocktails waren top und haben perfekt zum Sonnenuntergang gepasst 🍹 Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war einfach ein Traum, morgens aufzuwachen mit dieser Aussicht ist unbezahlbar. Alles war sehr sauber und hochwertig. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch das Frühstück mit Blick aufs Meer war jeden Tag ein Highlight, riesige Auswahl und alles frisch. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Had a great stay at Panviman Resort Koh Phangan. The location is stunning, with amazing ocean views and a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect if you want to relax away from the crowded areas. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Waking up to the sea view was definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to assist. The pool area is beautiful and well kept, and the overall resort feels very private and calm. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Only thing to keep in mind is that the resort is on a hill, so there are quite a few stairs, but they do offer shuttle service which helps a lot. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely come back.

Ein eigenes Bungalow mit Pool - mit etwas Glück noch Sicht aufs Meer oder den Strand. Kommt auf die Palmen und Bäume an wie hoch sie sind. Perfekte Erholung kein Lärm ausser die Geräusche der Natur. Man fühlt sich im Dschungel.

Our entire stay was wonderful in every way. The staff were on point at all times – friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The beach area was truly cozy and created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Right next door, there is a very charming little street where you can find everything – massage, restaurants, bars, laundry service, currency exchange, and more. All in all, it felt like a cozy little oasis that we would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. Very magical with the views and treehouse like restaurants and villas. Also loved having our own pool. The gym could use some upgrades and maybe a cable and squat machine but we made due.

Et lidt "slidt" resort, men dejligt sted at være. Utrolig sødt personale, meget serviceminded. Værelserne trænger til en update, både selve værelset og badeværelset. Havde pool værelse, og også pool kunne godt renoveres-. Morgenmadsrestaurant var virkelig dejlig, med bredt udvalg. De to tilknyttede restauranter var ikke specielt interessante.

Room was great other than the lack of outlets for your personal use like charging phones, and electronic devices. Hotel is a bit isolated from the mainland and a taxi will cost u 2000 baht one way or sometimes u can get a rou drip for 3000 baht which is insane. Fyi bolt and grab dont work in koh phangan

Staff were very nice and helpful, area, scenery and beaches were excellent. Food and drink weren’t very good. The older part of the resort (just the rooms and their pools) is in desperate need of an upgrade. Before my stay I read more than a few reviews regarding the resorts age and thought how bad could it be? It’s bad. At some point everything needs an upgrade. Panviman is well overdue for one. I’m sure the rooms in the newer section are great, I suggest booking one of them.

Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional.

Had a great stay at Panviman Resort Koh Phangan. The location is stunning, with amazing ocean views and a very peaceful atmosphere, perfect if you want to relax away from the crowded areas. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Waking up to the sea view was definitely a highlight. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always ready to assist. The pool area is beautiful and well kept, and the overall resort feels very private and calm. Breakfast had good variety and quality. Only thing to keep in mind is that the resort is on a hill, so there are quite a few stairs, but they do offer shuttle service which helps a lot. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely come back.

Ein eigenes Bungalow mit Pool - mit etwas Glück noch Sicht aufs Meer oder den Strand. Kommt auf die Palmen und Bäume an wie hoch sie sind. Perfekte Erholung kein Lärm ausser die Geräusche der Natur. Man fühlt sich im Dschungel.

Our entire stay was wonderful in every way. The staff were on point at all times – friendly, attentive, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. The beach area was truly cozy and created a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Right next door, there is a very charming little street where you can find everything – massage, restaurants, bars, laundry service, currency exchange, and more. All in all, it felt like a cozy little oasis that we would highly recommend.

Wonderful place. Very magical with the views and treehouse like restaurants and villas. Also loved having our own pool. The gym could use some upgrades and maybe a cable and squat machine but we made due.

Et lidt "slidt" resort, men dejligt sted at være. Utrolig sødt personale, meget serviceminded. Værelserne trænger til en update, både selve værelset og badeværelset. Havde pool værelse, og også pool kunne godt renoveres-. Morgenmadsrestaurant var virkelig dejlig, med bredt udvalg. De to tilknyttede restauranter var ikke specielt interessante.

Room was great other than the lack of outlets for your personal use like charging phones, and electronic devices. Hotel is a bit isolated from the mainland and a taxi will cost u 2000 baht one way or sometimes u can get a rou drip for 3000 baht which is insane. Fyi bolt and grab dont work in koh phangan

Staff were very nice and helpful, area, scenery and beaches were excellent. Food and drink weren’t very good. The older part of the resort (just the rooms and their pools) is in desperate need of an upgrade. Before my stay I read more than a few reviews regarding the resorts age and thought how bad could it be? It’s bad. At some point everything needs an upgrade. Panviman is well overdue for one. I’m sure the rooms in the newer section are great, I suggest booking one of them.

Good hotel in a good location. Very high level of service. A charming little street full of restaurants and bars leads out of the hotel. Not very accessible for disabled people, for example lots of stairs to the pool. In addition, the rooms are small and outdated. The staff is exceptional.
