It been the only preferred hotel to stay in Addiss Ababa for its courtesy and comfortability. The hotel is located strategically and easy to get transportation arrangement.

The staff at the restaurant/breakfast area were absolutely tremendous and accommodating.

No hot water in the room, lousy food ( beef bacon was old, coffee was machine made and not good), food value was over priced do value.

Old rooms. Carpet that didn't feel like it had been washed in 20 years. Almost clogged the sink. + The staff is very friendly.

Hotel is ok, nice but service is terrible. I have been using hotel shuttle to go to and from work - it took them a while to respond and their 5 minutes many times happened to be even up to 35 mintues of waiting for a pickup. Price for shuttle transfer depends on who is working?! I found out on the final bill and asked at reception where response was - sorry sir, you already paid, if you would tell us before we would fix that?! Room service took 45 minutes and brought wrong order, restaurant food very very low quality and hotel prices very high in comparison to restaurants in the city. Definitely not worth to stay here, you have better choice.

Their services are extremely well. Though all the staff is nice and courteous but i would like to specify the name of Abel who helped a lot to make my visit comfortable.
