Best hotel in Birmingham by a country mile.

Centrally located, Lovely hotel. Just about a 5 minute walk from Birmingham New Street station. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast is adequate, not superb, though. Grand Central Kitchen does the best breakfast, and a reasonable price.

Ordered room service at a late time of the night. Whilst I don’t expect gourmet at 1am it is reasonable to have something edible. £35 for 2 dry panini rolls isn’t really good enough and this could be improved. Also no spa - which should make the 5 star experience better.

This is a beautiful hotel, dwarfed only by the incredible staff, from front desk to the porters. Everyone truly goes out of their way to make your stay perfect! A must stay!

Was so excited to visit the Grande hotel but sadly disappointed. We went for drinks in the bar where we met with our adult kids for a drink but were so disappointed. Not enough staff, the staff that were there were so rushed drinks kept being dropped or smashed, we waited around 40 mins to be served and even water was impossible to get and then we got told we were only allowed another 20 mins at our table because they had someone who wanted it. We were residents and being kicked out of the bar because of their lack of organisation is disgusting. It ruined our stay and followed us into Isaac’s bar where the veggie options were poor. Nice hotel room and ensuite but our overall stay was ruined by the attitude and lack of staff.

Great stay

Visited during the extreme temperatures, air con in the rooms was amazing, down to 16 degrees. Staff friendly and helpful, room very clean and a decent size, modern, bathrobe, slippers on request. Breakfast made to order, so lovely and fresh. Second stay here and my go to for Birmingham summer or winter!!

This is one of our absolute favorite hotels in the UK, beautiful classy hotel, stunning rooms, wonderful bar and restaurant. Fab location.

Superb hotel. Lovely bar. Room was clean and well kitted out. Only negative, the fitness area / gym is pointless. May as well not have one or claim to.
