The car rental price is calculated by day, please select the pickup and return date when booking.

Models: S-Class VITS, FIT, NOTE, etc.

Seating capacity: 5 people

Luggage Quantity: 3 pieces of hand-held luggage (40 cm high X 60 cm wide each), 2 checked luggage (70 cm high X 50 cm wide each)

Required Documents: passport, original driver's license, Japanese translation of the driver's license, International Driving Permit (IDP)

＊If you hold a driver's license issued by 7 countries (regions) including Switzerland/Germany/France/Taiwan/Belgium/Slovenia/Monaco, you can drive within one year of entering Japan with a driver's license and Japanese-translated version. Please bring the two documents mentioned above and the driver's passport to the store for the car rental procedure. Drivers from other countries must hold an International Driving Permit (IDP) and the driver's passport to drive in Japan.

Indemnity Against Liability (Included in the price)

Insurance will not cover the following situations:

No police report (no police-issued proof of accident)

Accidents caused by driving without a driver's license, driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol.

Accidents caused by drivers who did not provide a driver's license

Damage, contamination (inside/ outside the vehicle not caused by vehicle accidents) and loss of keys.

Driving in places that are prone to vehicle damage, such as riverbeds and forest roads

Wrong fuel and flat tires

Fines & penalties for violating local laws in Japan

Exceeding the scheduled return time at the time of the accident

NOC insurance (Included in the price)

NOC insurance can exempt business losses incurred from the rental car companies if the vehicle cannot continue be rented.

In the event of an accident, an accident that has not been reported to the police or notified to the company, an accident that cannot apply for insurance or compensation, an accident that violates the company's rental agreement, and an accident caused by unauthorized extension of the rental period, etc., are not eligible for this insurance and guests must compensate for business losses from the car rental company. (JPY 20,000-50,000 per accident, depending on the vehicle type)

知っておくべきこと

Please be sure to bring required documents (original driver's license of your country, Japanese translation of the driver's license (or an International Driving Permit), passport) when renting. If the rental process does not proceed smoothly due to lack of or invalid documents, it will be deemed as canceled the day of and 100% transaction fee will be charged.

During the usage of the vehicle, in case of any accidents, please be sure to contact the car rental and report it to the police. Failure to report to the police will not be included in the scope of Indemnity Against Liability.

The gas tanks of the rental cars are full at the time of pick-up. Please fill up the gas tank before returning the vehicle, and return it to the designated location within the agreed time. A corresponding fee will be charged if the gas tank is not filled.

For additional self-paid items, please confirm and pay (cash or credit card) when renting.

If you need to extend the rental period after pick-up, please contact the store in advance before the agreed return time.

The package only includes 1 ETC card and the actual usage fee will be settled upon the return of the car, paid either by cash or card.

Please note that the vehicle is a non-smoking vehicle.

When renting a car, please pay attention to and abide by laws and regulations and car rental-related terms in Japan.
