07:45-08:00 Meeting at Changi Point Ferry Terminal (Changi Jetty).

•

08:00-08:30 Go to Pulau Ubin.

•

08:30-08:45 Arrive at Pulau Ubin Jetty (after 15 minutes of boat ride).

08:45-09:45 The commentary session begins by providing the origin and history of Ubin as well as the early settlers who inhabited the island. Then, visit Ubin Nature Gallery to explore the exhibits of Ubin.

09:45-10:30 Participants will be provided with the option to explore Ubin on a bicycle (at their own cost) or walk around with the guide.

•

10:30-11:45 Gather at a designated area. Participants will have the option to walk for 40 minutes to Chek Jawa wetlands or to take a van (at their own cost).

•

11:45-12:45 Gather at the Chek Jawa entrance and the tour guide will deliver some explanations. Walk on the mangrove boardwalk and try to spot endangered species, some of which are not even found on mainland Singapore. For example, you may find greater mouse-deers, hornbills, straw headed bulbuls, collared kingfisher, pied fantail, magpie robin, and many more.

12:45-13:00 Leave Chek Jawa by walking back to Ubin jetty. Gather at the jetty to board the ferry to Mainland Singapore
