Free pickup and drop-off service is only available for hotels located in Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Pickup and drop-off at locations outside the designated areas will require an additional charge. Please provide your location details in the Additional requests section.

Please advise in the Additional requests section if you have any food allergy or any specific dietary requirements.

A surcharge of VND 100,000/participant will apply to Vegetarian/Halal meal option. Please put your request in the Additional requests section at least 3 days in advance.
