湖と山を見渡せる高台にある居心地の良いロッジ。中心街からは10分ほど坂を上らないとならないが、夜には往復とも送迎してくれるので不便は感じなかった。夜は静かで街の灯りから少し離れているので星空がきれいで、朝は湖と山並みの向こうから昇る朝日が素晴らしいです。 スタッフはとても親切です。一度夜遅くに翌日チャルテンへの往復送迎を手配出来ないかと相談したら、朝一にツアー会社に連絡してくれ、送迎車の手配をしてくれました。

ホテルのサービス、ロケーションともに申し分なく、非常に満足でした。おすすめです！！

We stayed for 3 nights in the "FitzRoy" room with a king size bed, two comfy sofas, in room safe, large bathroom - the best part was the SUPERB view of Lake Argentino. To sit by the window and look out at the end of the day, and in the early morning was so relaxing and beautiful. The staff were very professional and friendly. We ate two dinners at the restaurant onsite and they were both very tasty (the lentil stew was such a comfort food). NOTE: when you stay on the upper floor, their are some stairs at the front (or you have to enter from the back entrance where there are no stairs). The location is on a STEEP HILL, so walking downhill into the city center is no problem, but coming back we used UBER or the hotel shuttle (there is a Fee) which only runs in the evenings (you have to call the hotel on WhatsApp to arrange the shuttle - this process should be made more efficient with set schedules times so that you can plan your day and get back to the hotel.

Spacious rooms on a hilltop with lovely views of Lago Argentino within a 10 minute walk from downtown Calafate. Kind and attentive staff!

The breakfast is amazing!!! Great variety of delicious food, with the bonus of a mimosa!!!! The view of the hotel is wonderful and the service is superb.

Staff was nice enough. Hotel was clean. A little out of town requiring a walk up hill or waiting for the shuttle from town. Hotel needs upkeep maintenance - a little tired. Breakfast buffet was good!!

Beautiful hotel & lake view room overlooking the lovely town of Calafate. A great location for day trips to sights.!We were happy the double was actually a king bed.The front desk staff, Dario & Gabriella, we very helpful. The cleaning staff friendly.The breakfast was varied and a hot, made to order egg dish was available. Too many sweet baked goods for our tastes. Would have enjoyed better bread. There was a private car shuttle offered 7 m - 11 pm but not always available. The walk to town is 10 min but if you have joint problems or limitations in walking it is a difficult uphill hike & often VERY windy.

Excellent view from the room and common/ breakfast area of the lake and mountains beyond. Comfortable, cosy room with great bathroom facilities. Staff extremely helpful with advice on local restaurants, weather and booking trips for us. Easy walk to and from town, but there is a shuttle car service in the evening for when the weather makes walking less appealing!
