夜遅い時間の到着だったので、空港ピックアップを依頼し、無事にホテルチェックインが出来た。市内のマップも貰えたし、フロントスタッフの対応が気持ち良かった。

トイレの排水が悪く溢れてしまいました。しかしそれ以外は部屋の設備も清潔で広く使いやすく、wifiも良好、素晴らしかったです。ホテルスタッフも親切、午前中外出するためチェックアウトを1時間ほど伸ばしてもらえるよう相談した際も問題なく使わせてもらえました。

No hot water in the room. Very noisy place.

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Sileo dos noches y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es ideal, justo frente al famoso Cementerio de la Recoleta, lo que nos permitió disfrutar de unas vistas realmente especiales desde nuestra habitación. La zona es segura, bonita y está llena de cafeterías, restaurantes y lugares interesantes para explorar a pie. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bien recibidos. La habitación estaba impecable y era muy cómoda. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.

Tiene vista al cementerio , lo cual es un poco raro, el edificio es muy antiguo y pequeño, Las camas eran muy incómodas , eran colchones viejos y la ropa de cama estaba en malas condiciones, Por otro lado el personal es muy amable, tiene Cafetería para desayunar, y el Cuarto es muy amplio. Hay un centro comercial a dos cuadras y varios restaurantes cerca. Calidad-precio está bien. Pero creo que yo hubiera elegido otra opción.

Very Close to main atractions at Recolleta region.

Very pleased with the service and clearness. Nice area with access to transportation, food and shopping.

LOVED the view, the staff, the included breakfast, the quirky art, heated bathroom floors, and location. The bed was OK. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great service and friendly staff in a convenient location. Walking distance to restaurants & shopping mall. However, the room was very dated, the bathroom needs work. The shower did not drain properly. Bed was very uncomfortable & pillows were very flat.

Achei decadente tudo. Paredes do quarto sujas, papel de parede descascando, móveis em situação precária. Gracinha toda roupa de cama e toalhas com o logo do hotel mas infelizmente a manutenção tá muito a desejar. Esperava um café da manhã digno de hotel 4 estrelas com buffet e ai a decepção de encontrar um café péssimo, suco de laranja num copinho micro, ovo mexido já pronto requentado,se quisesse um waffle tinha que pagar. E pra finalizar a Louça no quarto usou tem que lavar pois a empregada nao lava , tinha um bilhete na pia da cozinha.

CAUTION. I upgraded my room one week in, but the upgrade was no better. I immediately cancelled with them and stayed in the same room... At the end though, they stole that money and would not return it. Expedia support could not help.

Be careful with this property. After a week, I decided to upgrade my room. The new room was basically the same, so I asked immediately to stay in the same room, and to return the extra money... They agreed but later refuse to return the money to me. Expedia support would not help. Very bad, and not fair at all.

Great hotel in a great location. The only thing that could be improved on is the bed was hard.

The rooms were kept very clean and maintained daily. The bathroom design was new to me but functional. The room was big , had a nice balcony with its own kitchette. The refrigerator didn't cool well but served as storage for my water. I would stay here again. it was walking distance to a supermarket , pharmacy , cafes and bars etc

Wonderful hotel, in a wonderful neighbourhood, in a wonderful city !

This hotel is in the Recoleta district of Buenos Aires, centrally located around various attractions. The area was safe and we wandered the streets of the district, walking from tourist spots to restaurants and fun finds. Uber was easy to get for longer distances. We were really happy with the safety of the area, service from the staff, and the condition of the hotel. They helped us book a tango dinner and show, held luggage after we checked out, let us check in early, gave us maps, and answered all of our questions. We also had the complimentary breakfast; they offer a few simple options and a nice experience. Sileo was cheaper than other hotels in the area so we felt like we saved money but got all the perks we would expect from a more expensive hotel. Walking distance from hotel was our favorite empanada place, Empa World. We tried empanadas at multiple locbut came back to Empa World three times to try other varieties. Also, everyone in BA drinks mate, an herbaceous drink similar to a bitter tea. You can’t order it at coffee shops or restaurants because Argentinians walk around with their mate all day. But we did find Nick’s cafe near the hotel snd one location in Colonia del Sacramento, Uruguay that offer mate tasting experiences. It’s nice to try it and do what the locals do. Colonia del Sacramento was a boat ride across the river from the BA Puerto Madero. It was a trip highlight. Buy tickets in advance online and make sure to visit for a half day, or stay overnight.
