They (Javier y Andrea) were such lovely people. Funny and great hospitality. They helped us arrange our tours and helped us in English. Even though we didn’t speak Spanish they helped us in anyways they could. We will definitely be back.

町の中心から徒歩で四、五分位と宿の人から説明されたが、宿が丘の上にあるので、行きは下りなので問題無かったが、帰りは結構きついと感じた。又、勧めらた宿から町までの近道は、安全上の問題からとても日暮れ以降は使えないと感じた。

優しいママと料理上手なパパで経営するあったかいホテル。 夜中にチェックインし、次の日の氷山ツアーをしたいというむちゃぶりに、いやな顔一つせず、ツアー会社に電話してくれて、ツアー中に食べるランチボックスの用意もしてくれました。料理はおいしいし、部屋もきれいだし、何よりパパとママのあったかい対応に大満足しました！1泊しかしませんでしたが、もっと泊りたかった。

カラファテの繁華街から離れていますが、オーナー夫婦が親切で快適に過ごせました。部屋は暖かく、シャワーもしっかりお湯がでました。朝食はオススメです。

Has all you need and more. Full laundry service. Super friendly staff. Everything is clean. Breakfast is nice. Great stay for the money. Great location.

Todo excelente, el personal es muy amable y atento, te resuelven todas tus dudas y te apoyan para que tu estancia en el calafate sea más agradable

A pesar que la habitación no era tal cual lo que aparece en las fotos y están un poco viejos, el servicio y la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena.

Very dated, old establishment, not super friendly staff, older windows, street dogs barking all night, pretty lowkey breakfast etc.

First day when we checked in, the front desk lady asked us to fill a special form with occupations, we asked why? She said we must do without any explanation. She also put one piece of paper told us if against hotel policy such as smoking in the room…, will have amount fine etc. she told us if need water , go downstairs dinner place, paying. We had very uncomfortable feelings, wrote to hotel.com. Next morning while we were waiting for tour pickup, the owner came , she said that is law to ask each person’s occupation. We asked why not any other holes do have such policy, she said this is Argentina law. Then she said if you are not happy, you can move out tonight. We didn’t have time to do so. Room was very cold, when temperatures at 8C at night, no heating. Since she already asked us if we were not happy to move out, we did not want to bother them any more. We had used all our winter coats over the thin comforter and wearing sweaters in bed.The shower water was so cold, after running over 10 min, finally had some hot water. Next morning before we left, we told front desk the room temperature, she said we should come to ask more blanket. We told her there was no heating in this room, finally they turned on the heating system for this room before we checked out in one hour. We both cough cold during . We have been traveling over 30 countries and stayed 5 hotels in Argentina within a year this time we had a unique experience, never to forget.Hope hotel.com can do something.

Una excelente atención, el lugar tiene una vista hacia las montañas increíbles, el amanecer y atardecer tenerlos a la mano es un privilegio.

The staff, especially Lucia, were excellent. There was a problem with the shower drain and a bedside lamp switch but the staff had them fixed immediately while we were on a tour for the day..

Hotel super bem localizado com ótima vista para o Lago Argentino, fácil acesso para avenida principal e ótimo atendimento. Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, roupa de cama sempre limpa, calefação em perfeito estado, banheiro com ótimo espaço, chuveiro muito bom, toalhas sempre limpas. Café da manhã gostoso, preparado todos os dias com muito carinho. O atendimento é maravilhoso, todos muito atenciosos, prestativos, sempre a disposição para ajudar... dicas valiosas sobre a cidade e restaurantes. Nos sentimos em casa, muito longe de casa... A vista do quarto é maravilhosa, parece que você está vendo um quadro todos os dias e com atendimento sensacional. Quero dar muita enfase ao atendimento e simpatia de toda a equipe, com certeza é recomendado para qualquer pessoa.

Good value, warm and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance of restaurants in the town via a steep hill. Views were also lovely of the lake. Breakfast could be improved with a couple of things - maybe an alternative to very sweet sugared cereal and some nice jams / marmalades would be good. Maybe cheese/ham for those who don’t eat eggs?

The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate me very well. The location is nearby shops and restaurants, about 10-15 minute walk. But the view is beautiful so it’s an enjoyable walk.
