투숙객을 위한 서비스는 없었어요 뜨거운물을 돈받더군요 다른 곳은 항상 차와 뜨거운물이 준비되어 있던데...

La chica de la recepción es muy amable. Hay buena calefacción, el desayuno está bien pero creo que podría haber un poco más de variedad. El hotel está colina arriba pero para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente, la vista es muy agradable. No hay tarjeta de no molestar.

The shower was leaking and we were getting up very early and leaving very late , so we did not have a chance to get another room, since no one was at the reception. There was also stinky rubber rug on the floor, which did not absorb any moisture, which kept rotting. The sink is tiny, letting all the water spill. They asked us to leave the key at the front desk, and all key were there on display, while there were a lot of times, that there was no one at the reception. They are also charging an extra fee if you leave "stains" on the towels - pretty odd.

The man who runs the place is unpleasant. The place is old and has a smell of an old unventillated house. The furnitures are old and unmaintained, the sliding doors of the closet need to be moved with force, the safe box has no key, the is no one to help with the suitcase ( there is no elevator) , the is no hot water in the bathroom sink, the is no glass to use while washing teeth, only small jars. since the is no mini fridge in the room I asked the owner to put my sandwich in his refrigerator - he did so under protest. He was angry with me for not buying their overpriced lunch box. I would stay awY from this place.

Easy to walk to shops and restaurants, beautiful views, safe place and area, good breakfast, and has lunches to go when on excursions. Absolutely outstanding customer service in every way.

Has all you need and more. Full laundry service. Super friendly staff. Everything is clean. Breakfast is nice. Great stay for the money. Great location.

A pesar que la habitación no era tal cual lo que aparece en las fotos y están un poco viejos, el servicio y la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena.

Very dated, old establishment, not super friendly staff, older windows, street dogs barking all night, pretty lowkey breakfast etc.

First day when we checked in, the front desk lady asked us to fill a special form with occupations, we asked why? She said we must do without any explanation. She also put one piece of paper told us if against hotel policy such as smoking in the room…, will have amount fine etc. she told us if need water , go downstairs dinner place, paying. We had very uncomfortable feelings, wrote to hotel.com. Next morning while we were waiting for tour pickup, the owner came , she said that is law to ask each person’s occupation. We asked why not any other holes do have such policy, she said this is Argentina law. Then she said if you are not happy, you can move out tonight. We didn’t have time to do so. Room was very cold, when temperatures at 8C at night, no heating. Since she already asked us if we were not happy to move out, we did not want to bother them any more. We had used all our winter coats over the thin comforter and wearing sweaters in bed.The shower water was so cold, after running over 10 min, finally had some hot water. Next morning before we left, we told front desk the room temperature, she said we should come to ask more blanket. We told her there was no heating in this room, finally they turned on the heating system for this room before we checked out in one hour. We both cough cold during . We have been traveling over 30 countries and stayed 5 hotels in Argentina within a year this time we had a unique experience, never to forget.Hope hotel.com can do something.

Una excelente atención, el lugar tiene una vista hacia las montañas increíbles, el amanecer y atardecer tenerlos a la mano es un privilegio.

The staff, especially Lucia, were excellent. There was a problem with the shower drain and a bedside lamp switch but the staff had them fixed immediately while we were on a tour for the day..
