Hotel super bem localizado com ótima vista para o Lago Argentino, fácil acesso para avenida principal e ótimo atendimento. Quartos espaçosos, cama confortável, roupa de cama sempre limpa, calefação em perfeito estado, banheiro com ótimo espaço, chuveiro muito bom, toalhas sempre limpas. Café da manhã gostoso, preparado todos os dias com muito carinho. O atendimento é maravilhoso, todos muito atenciosos, prestativos, sempre a disposição para ajudar... dicas valiosas sobre a cidade e restaurantes. Nos sentimos em casa, muito longe de casa... A vista do quarto é maravilhosa, parece que você está vendo um quadro todos os dias e com atendimento sensacional. Quero dar muita enfase ao atendimento e simpatia de toda a equipe, com certeza é recomendado para qualquer pessoa.

Good value, warm and comfortable bed. Easy walking distance of restaurants in the town via a steep hill. Views were also lovely of the lake. Breakfast could be improved with a couple of things - maybe an alternative to very sweet sugared cereal and some nice jams / marmalades would be good. Maybe cheese/ham for those who don’t eat eggs?

The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate me very well. The location is nearby shops and restaurants, about 10-15 minute walk. But the view is beautiful so it’s an enjoyable walk.

Nice place, very friendly staff, trying to help. The location is not far from the center but there is a steep road. It is good to lose calories after the excellent restaurants. The heating issue needs to be improved.

Logo na chegamos fomos recebidos pelo proprietário que estava jogando pedras nos cachorros na frente da propriedade. Os cachorros não estavam fazendo nada. O propritario se recusou a ligar o aquecedor. Os quarto só tem a cama para dormir, não tem frigobar, não tem TV, nada. O café é péssimo. Já fui 2 vezes em El Calafate e me hospedei em 5 hotéis, sem dúvidas foi o pior de todos.

Great location, with an amazing view over the lake, and just 5-10 min walk to all restaurants. The staff was super helpful in booking tours to the glaciers and bus tickets to El Chalten.

Cozy and quiet location. Excellent views and amazing staff.

Perched on a hill with its rooms facing the lake, views are great. However, noise travel upslope and there are an awful lot of dogs around barking (more than normal in our 2 months of travel). Also very windy and difficult to have the window open. Our room on the 3rd floor was overlooking straight above the reception area, which added a level of noise. At check-in we mentioned our concerns and she assured us it would be quiet. She was plain lying. Very noisy, you can follow all conversations. Breakfast was good with fresly made eggs on demand with a basket of freshly baked small muffins and a variety of croissant and bread. Fresh fruit available too. The one downside is that both my husband and I caught an i testinal bug and we think it had to be from the ice cubes in the morning juice.

Eine auffallend schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht über das Städtchen und den See. Sehr nette Gastgeber, tolles Frühstück, sehr ruhig, …. Sehr gutes Verhältnis von Preis und Leistung. Sehr gerne nochmal.

De mooiste locatie in onze reis in Argentinië tot nu toe! Artistieke details en een fijn afgewerkt interieur. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers en een lekker ontbijt. Absolute aanrader!

Requiere mantenimiento urgente de instalaciones ( se nos quedó en la mano la manija de entrada de la puerta principal). Mejorar limpieza y amenidades del baño

The hotel is well-located less than a 10 minute walk to the main strip but in a very quiet area just uphill. If you don't like walking uphill or downhill this may not be the place for you, but I found it very convenient. The room is clean and simple, pillows are comfortable, water is hot. The breakfast is great, it actually includes a small portion of eggs with the usual pastries and tea/coffee. The view from the breakfast room over the town and onto the lake beyond is gorgeous.
