Clean room

There were no towels in the room and no one at reception during the night to request any. The toilet seat was not bolted to the toilet. The TV only supports chrome cast with not even simple free to air channels.

We stayed in a Wheelchair Accessibilty room. Perfect for my sister. Loved to be able to get a reserved car parking space, that we were able to get fo our room via lift. Had trouble with TV, which looked like someone before us had reset it or something ,. this was fixed by staff .Young girl at Reception was lovely, very helpful and accommodating .Hotel was close to Hospital., why we came.

Only problem was no parking available due to limited spaces

Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable & soft. Would recommend!

So clean, quiet and comfy. The room had everything we needed. Would stay there again.

This hotel I've stayed at a number of times. the rooms are really spacious- well designed with kitchens/laundry facilities and really great value Highly recommend this hotel for large near new rooms and well designed hotel

Very nice neat and cleaned

First point of contact gives an immediate impression: Reception staff did not seem friendly or interested. Felt very much like we were just a transaction. Even though room service was available and requested, it was disappointing to find it was not provided. Was told on arrival that we only had to request it. Stayed 4 nights and we were never given any room service although we asked for it. Had to keep asking for things eg bath mat to mop up wet floor. Rather than feeling like a welcome guest, we were made to feel like we were a burden. Things were not followed through properly. Felt like we were lied to regarding car parking where we were asked to return the key cause” it was booked out” but on returning the key a car park was miraculously & instantly found for us. Car park area had a large water leak and was potentially a safety hazard. It wasn’t attended to during the 5 days we were there.

Go else where, no daily cleaning or topping up with fresh towels or even coffee

Arrived and found you need to pre book parking, staff were surprised I didn’t know?? She told me all about what they couldn’t offer but nothing of what they could, I booked for a winter warmer package which comes with a gift which was not honoured upon check in, overall , disappointed with the property, especially lack of parking for guests , very surprised that a newish property had no parking to offer and only parking available was a couple of hundred meters away . But the room was nice

New building, so rooms are new, spacious and well-equipped. This “hotel” is just 2 floors of the WOVA residential tower. There is nowhere around the building to drop off / pick up guests. When we inquired about this at Reception, we just got a shrug in response.

Check in and out es easy, room was really nice and clean. Staff was polite and helpful

Spacious rooms and ideally located.

The facilities were good but parking was very challenging.
