It was simply awful. The maintenance and housekeeping were not done property and the condition of the facility was awful. The water was leaking from the sink and could not use the bathroom. Reception is arrogant and does not even apologize for all the unbelievable problems which we faced due to their fault.

1階の角部屋だったのですが、ベッドルームが２つありキッチン、リビングも広くて清潔でした。 しかも広いプライベートバルコニーがついていて外でお茶したり、朝食を頂きました。 プールやテニスも出来るようですが、８月でしたからその用意をして来なかったので利用していません。カートをレンタルすれば、近くのサンクチュアリーコーヴにも行けます。ヨットハーバーが素敵でした。

駐車場も無料で部屋も綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました。ただ☆ー1なのは、せめて朝食が食べれるレストランが有れば本当に良かったと思います。 やはり朝から朝食作りをするのは正直手間だなぁと思います。

Lack of parking if there is more than one car.

It needs a tv worth watching so small for a big room

The apartment was fantastic. Clean, secure, in a nice area and much a much bigger space than I expected. Perfect for the family, especially the pool facilities. Won't hesitate to book again.

a very comfortable stay- great to be near the golf course- and easy walking distance to shops

Property was good - location was good. Actual apartment needed some work and we had some issues with a few things but the managers worked to do the best they could to improve these. Pool was freezing and unusable. Spa was good though. Room was not as clean as we would have hoped and there was an issue with the fridge.

The property is so well presently and the rooms are more like homes are sensational Have asked to extend my stay it was that good and affordable

Great location hidden away but still close to everything

Excellent afterhours check in instructions. everything is streamlined and the place exceeded my expectations. excellent location.

Large living space. Low lighting to find the carpark entrance. Overall condition was ok but small things like one of the toilets having a broken push button. Will stay again

We booked a 2 bedroomed apartment for just over 2 weeks. Was in building 3 on the 4th floor and loved the complex. The apartment was a lot bigger than ever imagined. Yes it could do with a little TLC but the pro's far outweighed that. Plenty of living space for us and the 2 kids. Both having ensuites and a 3rd toilet. Kitchen was well equipped. Balcony was big and sun facing in the evening after it had gone from the pool which was perfect and the view over the mountains and golf course (just about make out the kangaroos on the fairway in the morning!) The pool we used a fair bit and although the pool is quite cool (didn't bother the kids) the hot tub was more enjoyable for us ! . The bbqs to the side of the pool were also a nice surprise which we used a couple of times. Fridge to the side and plenty of seating and space to prep. Last thing, the complex was safe and relaxed I've felt. Only go places with your key card and security patrolling morning and evening. Basically didn't want to leave!

The apartment was very spacious and had great lighting. The pool and spa was nice. Very close to supermarket. Tidy resort. A couple of things needed attention to fixing in our room but it still was fine. Really close to the Theme Parks and Harbour Town. Out of the hustle of the GC. We really loved our stay here

The carpets in the property were stained and generally in a state of disrepair.

Doors to balcony were locked and staff - who were excellent - were unable to unlock and open. They remained closed thought my stay. Sofa in lounge area was very old, sagging and tired - a/c was not functioning properly and only seemed to have one setting regardless of the remote. WiFi would not accept any connections (showed as"full"). Air in unit smelled stale and damp. Parking at reception area was deliberately blocked off and required parking on the street while checking in/out.

Lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. The Apartment was neat and tidy. Aircon remote in lounge was not working but we were able to use the bedroom aircon remote to operate the lounge aircon. Our kids were playing in the awesome pool making hardly any noise and a security guard informed us a resident had made a complaint about noise. Overall i think the apartment was value for money and i would stay again at that price.
