レンタカーを借りる方には是非お勧めしたい住宅地にある静かなホテルです。キッチンが広く設備が充実していて、眺めのいいリビングで手作りの夕食をのんびりといただきました。徒歩15分ほどにスーパーもあり、街にもカフェに寄りながら歩いて行きました。レセプションのスタッフも親切でロストバゲージに対応してくださり助かりました。

市街地の中心からは車で約５分の絶好の条件にあり、３泊以上なら最適、但し、かなりの急勾配なので、徒歩では無理、レンタカー利用が最適、市内も車も少なく、左側通行でルールも日本とほぼ同じ

ホバートの中心街からはかなり離れています。徒歩３０分弱くらいですが 高台にあるため、急勾配の坂道の登り下りはかなりキツく車がないと不便な立地です。 ホテルの周辺は住宅地で飲食店などがまったくありません。 部屋は文句のつけようのないほどの素晴らしさ！広く、清潔、モダンで趣味のいいインテリア。 機能的な大型システムキッチンが備わっており一泊しかできなかったのが残念でなりません。 できることなら住みたいくらいです。 窓からの見晴らしも最高です。 レセプションは２４時間体制ではなく、ゲスト用のプレイルーム（ビリヤード台や卓球台が ある）や室内プールも夜にはクローズしてしまいます。

Spacious villa, good for families, clean and comfortable facilities. Close to shops, CBD and easy access to both sides of Hobart for tourists. Having a vehicle to get to around helps. View of harbour is good

Great location. We stay in 2 bed standing villa with bay views from the patio, had beautiful views of the bay. The furniture and property are good condition and as expected for the price we paid. Kid enjoyed the feeding the wallabies visiting us every night right at our door front of the backyard.

These were barely attended apartments with a check in window of 2 hours from 2-4pm and then your key is put in a lock box and you are texted a code. They did not have my number correct and this made it a very difficult for us. It took over 45 minutes to get the code as no one answered the phone number left at reception. Security did not come to the door to help even though this was the process. Once in our apartment the heat exchanger did not work. We spent another hour trying to fix that ourselves. No one to call so we hudled under a large blanket we found in the closet for the pull out couch. Used it as an extra layer on the bed and were happy to leave the next morning. Location close to Mount Wellington Washington nice.

Great views of Hobart from our balcony. Huge apartment, very comfortable. It’s a steep walk downhill to Hobart City centre but easy to get an uber back. Highly recommend this property.

Great stay x3 rooms, easy parking secure under cover. Easy organising shower chair for our stay. Clean but starting to look a little tired in some rooms. Stayed here numerous times. Tried other hotels but we keep coming back to here.

Everything about the property is great, apart from the location is a bit far from the main shops for dining, groceries etc, so needs a car to access these facilities

Very quiet location, lovely views. Very helpful staff.

Guest were allowed. Nice BBQ area, big recreation room with a table tennis and pool table. TV , lounge. Very nice place to hang out with friends and visitors.
