The room was not spotless, but pretty clean and comfortable, great view, well equipped. The only thing is that I didn't see anywhere that the apt floor was not vacuum if you stay less than 7 days. There was no broom on site and it never occured to me to go to reception and ask for a vacuum cleaner. It says serviced apts ,so I assumed they were clean. Nothing wrong with that, just make it clear before booking, giving people the option to choose. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, friendly. Parking was a bit hard to manoeuvre if you have a very large car, once you park, hardly room to open the doors, but it seems to be the norm in most car parks now. Overall , a very nice place. Close to the cbd, salamanca, by car, nothing close by foot

Nice apartment, big and clean. Quiet area, wild Wallabies just in front of the villa.

Rooms were very clean and had everything needed. Loved the friendly wallabies that visited every night.

Nice clean room, be great if the rooms had a air drier for washing.

Clean room and friendly staff

The whole Derwent was in view and we had a great rainbow over the river. Great gamesroom.

The room was spotless and maintained to a high standard every day. The amenities, including an indoor pool and games room, were also fabulous, and the view from our room, spanning across the Derwent River as far as the eye can see was simply breathtaking! The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Good bay view as described, clean room, good facilities. Only downside is that it’s not a brick building so you can clearly hear activities from your next doors or upstairs
