清潔感があり、広い部屋を使わせていただきます嬉しかったです。 ビーチも近く、ショッピングセンターや飲食店も近隣にあり生活しやすい環境です。

self-containedタイプのアパートだと言われました。家具付きのアパートに引っ越したつもりで泊まって下さい。バスタオル2枚、普通のタオル１枚、トイレットペーパー２ロール、ミニチュアサイズの石けん一つ、ミニチュアサイズシャンプーとコンディショナー各一つが支給されるだけで,滞在期間の長短にかかわらず後は自分で補充します。トイレットペーパー、ティッシュペーパー。石けん、など要る物は買って来る事になります。部屋は広々として快適で、洗濯機、乾燥機が備わっていますのでタオルは洗いながら使う事になります。 私達は現地で捨ててくるつもりでバスタオル、タオルを持参しました。フロントはありますが、何かのサービスは期待できません。チェックインとお金の徴収だけです。出来るだけ働かないという方針です。レンタカーを持っていればサーファーズパラダイスやメインビーチなどにも近いし、部屋代と部屋の広さ、快適さを考えると良いアパートだと思います。キッチンも電子レンジ、オーブン、食器が備わっています。1度も部屋の掃除は来ませんので（8泊以上は一回）自分でクリーナーをかけてお風呂、トイレを掃除します。主婦は家事から解放されません。

ブロードビーチの中心あら徒歩５分程度で、海にも近く、何よりも静かな落ち着いた環境でのんびり過ごすことが出来た。 部屋も広く、清潔で、受付のスタッフも親切で非常に気に入った。

Booked the most expensive 3-bedroom option (c. 30% premium for 5 nights), supposedly with full ocean views (not the cheaper "partial ocean views" option) and was described as "superior/renovated". Apartment 40 was what we were given. Have stayed here a lot. Almost certain we have stayed in apartment 40 on the cheaper rate before (and not liked it due to poor views and VERY dated furniture). This was why I paid for the upgraded 3-bed; but we DID NOT GET what was paid for. Some problems: - clumps of black hair on the floor I had to clean up on arrival - carpets from the ~90s, stained and worn - bedding from the 80s, at least style-wise. - 90s bathrooms had broken/loose plastic shower fittings, cheap and nasty shower bases, VERY old tiles, tapware etc with very old and poor shower heads etc - level 8 with limited ocean and no beach view - old and small "main" TV with low resolution, screen defects (lines down the screen) and no remote to adjust settings. - no ability to use the speakers to play music or the DVD to play movies because all remotes have been locked away - terrible and insufficient cheap utensils - no oven mit resulted in burns - "non-stick" cookware, old and flaking off teflon - one rack for the oven so had to cook one pizza at a time! Will be requesting the partial refund for being given an un-renovated apartment with partial ocean views. Would have been happy had I paid the cheaper rate for the cheaper apartment I was allocated.

This is a lovely, clean & tidy building, with great views, lush grounds, good pool & spa etc. Comfy, quiet apartment and beds, nice kitchen, and bathrooms. We would have liked larger lounges and single-seaters (had 2 small 2-seaters), and couldn't watch TV during the day, due to the glare from the windows. As we're oldies, we wish our car space had closer access to the lifts, especially when carrying luggage (the luggage trolleys need updating). Overall, Belle Maison is a great place and a fabulous location to stay in when on the Gold Coast.

Great location, very clean and roomy apartment with great facilities although some early morning noise from nearby construction work.

We requested a beach view from our apartment as it was our anniversary but were disappointed this didn't happen. The BBQ didn't work in the pool area. The room was clean and the location of the property to shops and beach was good

The apartment is HUGE. Very clean and tidy.

The apartments are lovely, spacious and clean. We use Belle Maison whenever we come to the gold coast, easy access to restaurants, beach, shops and the tram for ease of getting around. The check in is simple and staff friendly. Our view was lovely, enjoyed sitting on the balcony relaxing. People you meet in the complex are friendly, pool area very good.

Fantastic location, quiet but within 3 minutes walk to all the restaurants and amenities in Broadbeach. The flat appeared spotless but it needs a deeper clean. Behind the picture above the bed, the top of the mirror in the bedroom, the sockets, the cables behind furniture were all thick with dust. In fairness they sent 2 cleaners up immediately and they said they dont normally do that sort of cleaning but the whole flat needs the furniture moved and cleaned behind. Other than that it was a hugely spacious apartment and we loved it and would definitely stay there again

Amazing apartment, yet again. Always clean, and very spacious. Helpful, friendly staff. Fantastic amenities and so close to the heart of Broadbeach. We'll be back!
