No breakfast， but there are many cafe and restaurants near the hotel. Staff is very good.

Paid more than $400 for what just for that it was just near to beach. You dont get your own car park.Have to park outside and pay.Bathroom taps to toilet seat all looks so old.bathroom exhaust doesnt had cover. Bedroom side light doesnt turn on , actually whole apartment has yellow light which was so dim. Kitchen is old style. They made it two bedroom by putting two single bed in living room. We book this aprtment coz we need kitchen and i was so upset that they cant even put nice cutleries.Cutlery look like they are picked from here and there.all spoon different no knife. Cockroach’s and Ants came around pretty quick, and felt locked down needed a tag to get in and out of every door, bit painful, staff were great though

The Kitchen tiny cups so we brought our own. One Teaspoon so we brought more only 2 bowls,plates I know that the room was for two people but we have never stayed in a Hotel where there is only 2 of every thing there has always been like a dinner set etc.The free Internet didn't go out past the room not in the foyer, pool area.

Bathroom sink backed up, walls had been gap filled/puttied & not sanded or pained, door handle out of door, shower temp either scalding or cold & it fluctuated throughout the shower time, 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people for the duration of the stay, toilet roll holder loose/lopsided so it kept falling off, blankets should be replaced, dryer timer cuts out after 5-10 minutes & lint filter broken, no shelving in room or bathroom, no bag storage, sliding door to bedroom broken. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable & it was walking distance to Pacific Fair & the beach.

We stayed for 5 nights and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience overall. The first family room we were given was not clean and was in poor condition. The “king bed” was simply two single beds pushed together with no topper, making it very uncomfortable. The carpet was ripped in multiple places, and in one corner it had lifted completely, exposing sharp nail ends, which felt unsafe especially with children. The spa bath also tripped the power every time it was used, so it was unusable. We requested a room change and were offered either a move or a refund for the nights not stayed. We chose to change rooms. The second room was cleaner and an improvement, but it was still very worn, dated, and clearly in need of maintenance. At $325 per night, this accommodation was absolutely not worth the price paid. The only real positives were the location, which was excellent, and the pool, which the kids really enjoyed. Other than that, the accommodation did not meet expectations and offered very poor value for money.

Needs Fumigation Badly .. Curtains and utensils are no good for sleeping and eating

Nice and central. Affordable. Although no aircon in foyer’s, lift and master bedroom. We found a previous guests sock under the couch and bathroom basins and walls were not clean. A face washer or two wouldn’t go astray either. Definitely needs an upgrade but it served our purpose for our weekend.

It was a pleasant stay, overall. Linen, carpets etc. were clean, though the fumes from cleaning products were overpowering, and the air-con and spa jets were a little funky.

There was no Parking and the room we had looked like we were going into a horror movie! The carpet was all ripped up! Must’ve been renovations going on! But we paid top dollar too
