the view was of the house next door, no curtains in the main room , sun came in at 5.30, no soap in shower , was 24 hours after check in we received soap. Could see straight into main room from balcony as only one sheer bit of fabric. Dog barking from reception. House keeping was still cleaning room on arrival which was half hour after check in time.

Great comfortable room

Complaint. When I rang up our booking I confirmed if it was a two bedroom apartment and the lady said it was week prior Or I would've have booked it. The receptionist was meant to be open rang five times no answer. Until my son could just reach behind the counter and rang he bell. When we spoke to her i she seemed quite confused as someone booked a two bedroom under a similar name. She gave us a roll out bed anyway but wasn't happy as I did ring up and confirm it or I would've cancelled it. The doona had no cover they were disgusting and so were the pillows I reckon they were ten years old. The air conditioner wasnt really working No toilet paper in the room the bathroom wall had a hole in it clog up with toilet paper. The lounge had a piece of the frame poking out and my son and I both poke our self's on it. Had to put a towel on it to seat in it. The Whole place was terrible run down wasn't worth the money. And I would have cancelled it if it wasn't two bedroom but the lady on the phone week prior said it was

Staff and amenities, good location for my needs.

Apartment had everything one could need for a stay. It could have done with a better clean and towels had been forgotten by whom ever made up the room but it was quickly fixed by the manager

Lovely welcome on arrival. Room and facilities spotless. Great to have undercover parking. The apartment we had came with a balcony / table - ideal for reading, cuppa or something stronger and nibbles. Maybe 15 minutes walk to beach to take in the sunrise.

Motel quality. Fairly clean. Tv was so old that it could not display anything above standard definition in terms of free to air tv, which meant almost all channels didn't work. No capacity to stream apps etc. to the tv.

Permanent residents took all parking including the 4 disabled parking slots. Had to walk my disabled husband uphill for half a block. We worried about the security of our vehicle all night

Great location and a clean and well presented room.

This had everything we needed for a couple nights. Our negative for this place was that our room card didnt give us access to the secure carpark. (Wouldn't open roller gates) parked on the street.

The 2-bedroom family room was clean and tidy. It could do with some maintenance, however. Pool was clean but would be better if it was heated. Children didn't enjoy swimming as it was freezing; even on a hot day. Overall we had a nice stay.

The unit itself was cosy for a couple stay but the couch was a little too small when you have a big broad husband to share it with. Unfortunately there was no broom or mop provided that we could use given we were there for 8 nights. Other than that, enjoyable stay.

We booked this property. Got a confirmation number. Had friends drive us to the property within the hour. Desk was closed. Phoned number provided. Male answered saying there was no reservation for us. Female came down soon after and stated there was no way we could have booked a room as they have no vacant rooms. She had no interest in seeing our confirmation information. There was no effort to empathize or Offer an apology! Very disappointed in her response and attitude. At the same time time period. Another couple arrived. They had booked a room. Confirmed it. They were treated same way and no room was reserved for them. We were visiting from Canada and had little resources to deal with the fraudulent booking situation!

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, lovely pool area.

The receptionist was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. The fridge was not working, so when we reported that it’s not working and that our food was spoiled overnight the receptionist told that that we didn’t have much food in there and that he couldn’t help us except bring a smaller fridge and put it in the middle of the kitchen. We asked to be transferred to another room and were told that they’re fully booked and he cannot do that. In fact there was plenty of rooms available, he just couldn’t be bothered to do the paperwork. So we asked for a refund for the rest of the time we paid for and were told that they don’t do refund. When I told him that the balcony was not cleaned for a very pong time and he’d bird droppings all over it he just looked at me and ignored my concerns completely. So very unhelpful receptionist. Bed is in desperate need of replacement, it’s falling apart. This is not a 4 star stay whatsoever. Will never go back to this place.

Front desk staff were polite and friendly but the facilities were dated , could have been cleaner. TV was shoved up in corner so only could see 3/4 screen from bed. Was a desk however the chair with it was so low that has to put three pillows and a blanket on it to be able to do any work . Wasn’t the worst but wouldn’t stay there again

Road noise was not great. Curtains were old and damaged, couldn't close them properly to keep the walkway light out. Pillows were terrible, bring your own. The shower was great though, good and hot. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Just some updating with pillows and drapery and noisy road were issues, bought our own cups, microwave looked really old so didn't use it. Parking could be an issue in really busy times.

I didn't like the noise nearby on this occasion.

I think the parking wasn't really enough for the guest's and not just for the residents there
