The room was fantastic… modern and clean very comfortable bed. Highly recommend

Bed sheets and pillows were stained and had hair on them. They supply dishwashing liquid that’s was empty. Spoke to reception he gave me a set of new clean sheets and pillowcases but told me dishwashing liquid was out of stock and waiting for delivery.

I can not even really give this place a star! our room was filthy and smelt like diesel. The floors were so grubby and marks and stains everywhere. The aircon covered I’d dust and what looked like mould. The bathroom was grotty with black mould all over the roof and all over the tiles and glass surrounds. There was also weird residue on the soap holder and the mirror was in disrepair. There was dry blood all over the pavement entering reception that travelled and was spread all the way up towards the rooms which I photographed it was that alarming. I was blown away as over the phone the staff seemed great but I must say I was a little alarmed when I received a text saying if you pay cash your room is cheaper as well as arriving to what looked like a derelict building. I left the premises in tears with no where to go with three children to care for as everything in town was totally booked out. It broke my heart to hear my children ask me not to make them stay there so we didn’t and don’t understand who would

Bed was clean and comfortable Shower needed a good clean The draw with plats in one chipped dirty and hair in it Front door mat looked like never been clean But the manager was nice and helpful

Strong hot water in the shower, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed. Good for an overnight stay. Outside unprepossessing but inside perfectly fine. Value for money.

The rooms general appearance was quite ok but after settling in and taking a seat at the table. I found my seat was wet plus the floor was also the carpet was wet due to leaking air conditioning. No bath mat. Plus a hole in the wall plaster between the between the beds. The beds were clean and very comfortable. The outside of the property is in very poor condition and requires renovation. Location to city centre was ideal.

Good location, easy walking to the Main Street behind to the pubs, restaurants & cafes. Onsite parking with recently upgraded bathroom.

Whilst the unit was neat and tidy, the plates, glasses and cutlery were a mismatch of various styles. The TV could only be turned off by switching the power off which was located behind the wall mount.

Was clean and provided what was needed for overnight stay. Staff very friendly and prompt in answering my questions

The facility was terrible . The outside appearance looked run down but gave it the benefit of the doubt . Checked in was given room key . Opened room to an unclean room . Was like someone just had rolled out of bed and jumped in the shower and left the room .

From the outside the motel was very run down and the photo of the room were nothing like the room itself. The pillows had bugs, the floors needed vacuuming and cleaning.

Looks can be deceiving from the outside, but the room itself was clean and adequate for our stay. The staff were super lovely and check-in was easy. I'd definitely stay again if we're back in the area.

We required self check in and send a message. It was received and prepared. Sadly there was no Informationen about this for us. Message Not answere. Phone was not answered at all. A frequent hotel guest helped us to finally receive self check in Information so we could get in a prepaid room after one hour waiting...

Room was clean & fresh & staff were excellent. Nothing was to hard.

The room was in ok condition, lounge/sleeping area ok, bathroom very dirty, not been cleaned for a while I would suggest.

From the outside it was nothing to look at but was clean and comfortable

For $95 it was ok

This is a hidden gem, from the front you would keep driving, pleasantly surprised when I got up to my room, airconditioning on, lovely updated room, great shower and bed. I'll be back next trip through Goulburn
