The bathroom floor tiles were disgusting and for people that have disabilities. There was no bowls for cereal and no tea bags of welcoming biscuits. We were in unit 1 with no outside table and chairs to sit down, when we asked if we could get tea bags, she said that they were on her shopping list!!! Blood splatters near entrance on brick path, no plants in pots, only dirt and cigarette butts. The worst motel I’ve ever stayed in and paid $119! Never again!

Looking at the property from the road you would think it's was closed down, Spa bath not working, light above basin not working. Room was generally good and plenty of space, But they need to do some yard work, just whipper snip the weeds and general tidy. The sign out front was all taped over. good location

Looks can be deceiving but the rooms were lovely and clean. Couple of things missing would have enhanced the experience. No plug in kitchen sick so couldn’t wash dishes. No teabags or milk provided for cuppa also 5 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Would have liked instructions on how to use heater/aircon

Bed sheets and pillows were stained and had hair on them. They supply dishwashing liquid that’s was empty. Spoke to reception he gave me a set of new clean sheets and pillowcases but told me dishwashing liquid was out of stock and waiting for delivery.

I can not even really give this place a star! our room was filthy and smelt like diesel. The floors were so grubby and marks and stains everywhere. The aircon covered I’d dust and what looked like mould. The bathroom was grotty with black mould all over the roof and all over the tiles and glass surrounds. There was also weird residue on the soap holder and the mirror was in disrepair. There was dry blood all over the pavement entering reception that travelled and was spread all the way up towards the rooms which I photographed it was that alarming. I was blown away as over the phone the staff seemed great but I must say I was a little alarmed when I received a text saying if you pay cash your room is cheaper as well as arriving to what looked like a derelict building. I left the premises in tears with no where to go with three children to care for as everything in town was totally booked out. It broke my heart to hear my children ask me not to make them stay there so we didn’t and don’t understand who would

The rooms general appearance was quite ok but after settling in and taking a seat at the table. I found my seat was wet plus the floor was also the carpet was wet due to leaking air conditioning. No bath mat. Plus a hole in the wall plaster between the between the beds.
The beds were clean and very comfortable.
The outside of the property is in very poor condition and requires renovation. Location to city centre was ideal.

Whilst the unit was neat and tidy, the plates, glasses and cutlery were a mismatch of various styles. The TV could only be turned off by switching the power off which was located behind the wall mount.
