apartment room has quite enough space for a couple, clean and neat with everything we need like washing machine and laundry machine. the staffs are nice and have a good sense of humor :))

Sangat menyenangkan, tersedia mesin cuci, kompor listrik, microwave, sangat nyaman sekali tinggal disini.

The room is quite spacious especially when there was just the two of us. I was staying with a friend, we brought 2 big luggages and 2 small luggages, and we still have space for our shopping bags 😄. The bedroom is small but nice, got city lights at night. There’s washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryers, and even Music player. The location is awesome, just across Victoria Market and just 5 minutes from shopping area. We love staying here and definitely will come back if we come to Melbourne again.

Saya dan suami saya menginap di City Tempo (27 - 29 September 2019). Di hari pertama kami menginap, suasana kamar ok. Boleh dibilang lengkap, ada mesin cuci, dishwasher, ada dapur mini lengkap dengan peralatannya. Kekurangannya tidak tersedia sikat gigi, air minum, sprei dan bed cover kotor. Kami mendapatkan kamar 410 dan AC di kamar kami panas sekali. Semalaman saya tidak bisa tidur karena panas sekali. Besok paginya kami melapor ke receptionis, minta dibersihkan kamar dan minta di periksa mengenai AC-nya. Lalu kami pergi mencari makanan. Begitu sore kami balik ke hotel, ternyata kamar belum dibersihkan dan AC belum di periksa. Kami melapor kembali, kenapa kamar kami belum dibersihkan. Mereka bilang tidak ada jadwal untuk pembersihan kamar kami, kamar baru akan dibersihkan besok. Mengecewakan sekali. Mengenai AC, mereka akan mengirimkan orang ke kamar kami. Setelah beberapa saat, ada petugas yang datang ke kamar kami. Setelah di check, ternyata AC bermasalah. Kemudian malamnya kami pindah kamar. Kami mendapatkan kamar yang boleh dibilang lebih baik dari kamar sebelumnya (kamar 2006). Perlengkapan dikamar tersebut sama seperti kamar sebelumnya. AC berfungsi dengan baik. Kelebihannya kami bisa melihat Victoria Market dari atas dan beberapa gedung yang ada di kota Melbourne. Saya berharap, next time jika saya balik ke Melbourne, diberikan kembali kamar 2006. Tidak seperti kamar sebelumnya, yang buruk sekali.

It is very noisy, funny noise came during mid night from outside the room door. Even after changed room to higher floor, same thing happened and wifi is not unlimited provided.

This hotel is good, all the staffs are friendly. The location is perfect. But there’s only one issue during my stay. When I checked in, I realised there’s was a screw on the floor. This is minor to you but may cause major problem if who else step on it. Just hope that housekeeper may pay more attention. Other than this, everything is perfect.

I had more pleasant stay in here. 4 nights in here and everything was great. On the day we arrived the staff name Mohammad gave us to early check in and it was great because we already tired for the long night flight. I would recommend staying in hotel because it was close with Queen Victoria Market and everything within walking distance.

the room, view, and location is all perfect!!! except the Chinese short hair, always using softlense, information girl (forgot the name) so unfriendly, didn't see on the eye when talking, will be perfect if the staff is friendly! but over all so happy staying there!

The location is good near the CBD, a nice and comfortable place, only one that is less comfortable, that is the WI-FI problem, which is once in two days dead in the afternoon again even though we stay long

Very strategic location. Staff in front desk serve us attentively.

Pros : Location in CBD, near free tram zone station, walkable to Southern cross Station. If you take sky bus from airport, there's shuttle from station to near hotel, cooking utensils complete, staffs were helpful and friendly. Cons: Room is a bit old, air conditioner is very noisy, and bed is not comfortable.

Receptionist at City Tempo, Kiran, is very kind. She let us checked-in on 8AM and helped us extend our stay for 1 more night without hassle. The room is clean and perfect, it has small kitchen, fridge, desk, everything. It is also very close to city center - everywhere is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Lokasi sangat strategis, dekat dengan queen victoria market. Hotel bersih dan lengkap dengan segala amenities. Hanya saja pelayanan resepsionis kurang ramah.

This is a studio apartment which clean and neat located away a pretty good location. I have satisfy on my stay. To be noted that if you have a late check-in which only take the access card from the security, you have to register yourself in the next morning or else the excess card will be barred. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room exactly like the picture and close to free tram, shopping area and QV market. The room also clean enough and would come back and stay there again.
