My husband and I stayed at City Tempo (September 27-29, 2019). On the first day of our stay, the room atmosphere was ok. Arguably complete, there is a washing machine, dishwasher, there is a mini kitchen complete with equipment. The drawback is that there are no toothbrushes, drinking water, bed linen and dirty bed covers. We got room 410 and the AC in our room was very hot. I couldn't sleep all night because it was so hot. The next morning we report to the receptionist, ask to clean the room and ask to check about the air conditioner. Then we went to look for food. Once in the afternoon we returned to the hotel, apparently the room hadn't been cleaned and the air conditioner hadn't been checked. We reported back, why our room had not been cleaned. They say there is no schedule for cleaning our rooms, new rooms will be cleaned tomorrow. So disappointing. Regarding the AC, they will send people to our rooms. After a while, a clerk came to our room. After checking, the AC turned out to have a problem. Then that night we moved rooms. We got a room that was arguably better than the previous room (room 2006). The equipment in the room is the same as the previous room. AC works well. The good thing is we can see Victoria Market from above and several buildings in the city of Melbourne. I hope, next time if I go back to Melbourne, I will be given back the 2006 room. Unlike the previous room, which was terrible.
