チェックインの時間が過ぎてしまい、他の場所まで行かなきゃいけなかったところ、ホテルの方に連絡したら快く対応してくださいました。部屋も清潔感があり過ごしやすかったです。

夜になると入り口のゲートはカードキーを持っている人のみしか入れなくなるのでとても安全！ キッチンもとても綺麗で使いやすく長期滞在するのに最適！！ 冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、コンロ、ケトル、トースター、食洗機、コーヒーメーカーが完備。 コーヒーメーカーが各部屋についていて使い放題。説明書があるともっと最適！ お風呂もかなり清潔！ 体重計やホットタオルラグも完備。

フロント営業時間外は当ホテルより徒歩15分位の｢Crest On Barkly｣でチェックインする事になりますがスムーズにチェックイン出来ました。朝食付きのプランでの予約でしたがレストラン等が有るわけでは無く｢食パン｣が冷蔵庫に入っているだけでした。徒歩圏内にコンビニも有り閑静な住宅街の中なので快適に滞在出来ました。

11月に1人で5泊利用しました。センターまでトラムで30分ほどで、セントキルダビーチまでは徒歩圏内。昨年メルボルンを訪れた時はセンター内のホテルに宿泊したのですが、今回は住宅街とビーチの近くで、穏やかなメルボルンを見ることができました。センターから30分ほどの場所にこんなに綺麗なビーチがあるとは驚きました。夜8時半ごろまで明るいので、6時以降くらいから海辺にたくさんの人で賑わっていました。他の利用者は、立地上、車でグループ利用が多い印象だったので、夜に騒がしくならないか心配でしたが、全く問題ありませんでした。周りに木々もあり、毎朝鳥の囀りで目覚めました。ホテルにはキッチン、電子レンジ、食洗機、冷蔵庫まであり、食器類も整っているので、自炊が可能です。徒歩圏内に自炊用に食材を購入できる場所がないので利用しませんでしたが、車利用の方には便利だと思います。 ハウスキーピングの時間は遅くて夕方の4時くらいでした。フロントのスタッフはフレンドリーなのでリクエストすれば早めに対応してくれたと思いますが、特に必要もなかったのでタオル交換のみですませました。コインランドリーが敷地内にあったのですが、あまり綺麗でなかったので洗濯は手洗いですませました。トイレにタオルドライヤーの設備があり、1日かけておけばジーンズも乾き不便はなかったです。300ドルのデポジットがあることを除けば、設備も整っていて、綺麗で安全なのでおすすめです。

Room was ok. The complex is a motel, not appartments as advertised. I had a problem guest next door who was constantly arguing and slamming doors and riding a motorcycle around in front of the rooms. Some arguments were with motel staff. Went on all 3 nights I was there. Ruined my stay.

Excellent location out of the main Melbourne area - close walking even the elderly to shops trams beach nightlife whatever you want is so so close - highly recommend it - Room fine only thing windows didn’t have fly screens so few extra friends crashed but passed out by the lamp so nothing bad

Pros: - quiet location - great access to Albert Park - competitive pricing Cons: - very small room - housekeeping focused on bed, linen, and replenishing mini-fridge, but no utensil washing - having to check in at a different location inconvenient, especially for guests using taxis or public transportation

Paid for to be put in a smaller room, roof was leaking and key card stopped working every day

I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely unacceptable. From the moment I entered the room, multiple serious issues were obvious. The in-room safety deposit box was already locked and unusable. The bathroom sink would not drain because the stopper was stuck closed, causing dirty water to sit in the basin. The coffee machine still contained a used capsule from a previous guest, clearly not cleaned. When I pulled back the sheets, there were multiple long hairs on the bed. These are not minor inconveniences. They are basic hygiene and maintenance standards that any hotel should meet. What makes this more frustrating is that the hotel requires a $300 credit card authorisation and strict ID verification upon arrival. If such strict policies are enforced, guests should reasonably expect rooms to be properly cleaned and inspected. This stay has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend this property unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and quality control.

Room very clean & comfortable but surrounding noise levels ( vehicle parking/ exiting & occupants & visitors especially at 3.15am) made it uncomfortable

The room was great. Added bonus of simple breakfast items (cereal and toast). Staff very courteous. But very noisy with little insulation between rooms and every time someone near you had a shower the water pipes were noisy. This became a problem when the person next to you was going in and out of the door with the door slamming, having a shower until 2.30am. Not much sleep that night.

Great location and lovely apartments. Only downside is no on site reception so you need to first go to their sister hotel to check in and then walk about 15 mins with your luggage

Room was in good condition, but check in is at their sister property about 8 minutes drive - if you don’t have a car, you have to either let the cab wait for you or catch a separate uber - the most bizarre check-in experiences ever.

Neat & clean with great amenities. One bedroom apartment was a great choice. Safe parking and handy to for beach and restaurants
