Good location and ample parking. The room was a good size, comfortable bed but I noticed the bathroom floor had no floor waste drain and splashed water couldn't get out other than through a tiny hole in the corner of the floor.

Easy to access
Only downside when we arrived there were no outside lights on. Dangerous to navigate up the stairs.

This checkin location is 1.5 KM away from the property. They have mentioned guests have to checkin to different place as th 4 or 5 point. But once you booked the property that is the first point in the email. This is unethical business.

The keycard I had to pick up at another reception stopped working randomly at the first day, so I had to go back and get another one. The second keycard stopped working as well, so they sent a technician to provide me with a third card. This was very annoying - as well as that the phone in the room wasn’t working so I couldn’t reach out to reception. The towels in the room weren’t cleaned properly, there was single hairs on them. Overall unfortunately not a great experience.

The front desk was not available and I had to drive to another hotel for picking up my room key. :(
The "hotel" was a 2 story building that was protected with a fence however no security was in place.
I felt very unsecure due to lack of light on the property. The phone for the front desk (other hotel) was not working and I was not able to call for a taxi.
After my business meeting I returned to my room in the afternoon and found my room door wide open. Obviously someone changed my trash bin but forgot to close the door :( I just wanted to leave that place ....

Well located and affordable, Quest on Park was also welcoming, everything worked and close to the always interesting Fitzroy Street. What's not to like? :)

These guys are shooting themselves in the foot with checkin located at another hotel on the other side of St Kilda. The room was fantastic with one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in Melbourne, but why they don't have onsite checkin during the peak hours (3pm - 7pm) has got to be costing them more in bad reviews than what they are saving on labor costs.

I was suppose to stay at your sister motel in Windsor however I received A late email stating that no one would be in attendance therefore I was expected to drive to St Kilda and pick up keys and then return to the Windsor motel. I was very upset at this inconvenience and believe this should of been stated on the website. I would not have booked a room if I had of known and would not recommend your motels because of this. When I finally arrived at the Dt skikda motel, no one was attending the desk which added to further stress. I had driven 4 hours to Melbourne only to be diverted to a different motel. After 10 minutes a lady appeared and was friendly and helpful. I explained my dissatisfaction with having to go to another motel to pick up keys in traffic and a city I was unfamiliar which I found extremely stressful, I asked if I could stay at the st kilda motel to which she agreed.
