入り口がちょっとわかりにくいですが、4階のロビーからは広々とした空間で最近のモダンなレセプションエリアは旅のテンションが上がっていいですね！部屋も広くて設備やアメニティーも清潔感、使い勝手など申し分なく満足です。ベッドの寝心地は最高でした。低層階(7階)の窓から見える風景だけビジネスホテルレベルで特別感はなく星一つ減らしていますが、歩いて港まで10分程度なので観光でも十分楽しめました。周りにはレストランやカフェも多くタスマニアの豊かな食材を楽しむことが出来ました。

Parking is inconvenient.

Room service and food is perfect. I recommend having dinner at the hotel.

Good family stay

Spotless room, couteous staff, amazing Christmas breakfast, room facilities were excellent, couldve been better with a microwave as I was with a child and needed it. nevertheless, everything else was great! Paid valet parking available too.

All round good quality hotel in a good location.

Good hotel with fantastic executive lounge. A few things would make it a better experience l, better food, reliable housekeeping and some issues with the high tech entry system, but overall it was very good.

The hotel is located in the centre of Hobart with a good mix of shops, restaurants nearby. The hotel and rooms are clean, tidy, roomy, airy with modern look and fittings. The breakfast area is very good and roomy with an excellent variety. The staff from reception, breakfast area, bar, concierge and house keeping were all very friendly, courteous and helpful. Overall, our short stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

Nice, clean and modern hotel in the heart of the Hobart city with good range of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The rooms are clean, roomy ,airy with modern fittings. The hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our short stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely book in future.

Have bruises on my arms from the elevator doors closing on a whim. Spent far too much time waiting on elevators and opening and closing doors randomly. Breakfast buffet overpriced for quality.

Great place to stay in Hobart close to the beach shops and Salamanca market

Terrible valet concierge drop off, busy Main Street staff were good but would take 30 mins (at least) of you wanted your car. Breakfast was well below average. Room was comfortable enough. No mention of a ‘big’ birthday greeting, drink on arrival or acknowledgment. A 50th should be a big enough reason. No fault of hotel there was a bloody Xmas pageant which closed all the roads in the main centre of Hobart when we ‘tried’ to arrive at the hotel. A bit frustrating, overall we would stay elsewhere next time.

I love the overall modern aesthetic of the hotel, it's restaurant and bar, AND the location. I had a great time here and all staff were so friendly, accommodating, and customer service driven. I can't wait to return.
